Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.光学的回折効果を奏するレリーフ構造を有する複数の構成部分を含む構造体 、特に、有価値文書類、例えば、銀行券、クレジットカード、パスもしくはチェ ック用文書類、またはその他の被保護物品に用いる視覚的に確認できる光学的防 護素子用の構造体であって、多数の構成部分(26、43、44、45、46、47)が、帯 状またはバンド状を成し、肉眼で分解されず0.3mmより小さい横方向の幅を 有していることを特徴とする構造体。 2.帯状またはバンド状の構成部分(26、43、44、45、46、47)が0.3mmよ り大きい縦方向の長さを有していることを特徴とする請求項1に従う構造体。 3.帯状またはバンド状の構成部分(26、43、44、45、46、47)の縦方向の長さ が、その横方向の幅の少なくとも10倍であることを特徴とする請求項1または 請求項2に従う構造体。 4.帯状またはバンド状の構成部分(32、43、44、45、46、47)が、実質的に直 線状で互いに平行に配置されていること、および、その縦方向の長さが、問題の 方向における構造体またはその一部(40)の長さによって決まることを特徴とす る請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに従う構造体。 5.光学的回折効果を奏する第1の構造(A1)を有する第1のグループの構成 部分(43)、および光学的回折効果を奏するが第1の構造とは異なる別の構造( A2、A3、B1、B2)を有する少なくとも1つの別のグループの構成部分( 44、45、46、47)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに 従う構造体。 6.第1のグループ(43)および少なくとも1つの別のグループ(44、45)の構 成部分の構造により、構造体を光照射すると、互いに異なるグループの構成部分 に由来する視覚認識情報が、或る視角レンジ(α)内の異なるサブレンジで(α 1、α2、α3)観察しても同一であるようになっていることを特徴とする請求 項5に従う構造体。 7.構成部分(43、44、45)の構造体の形状およびそれらの構成部分の配置によ り、いろいろなサブレンジ(α1、α2、α3)が互いに隣接するようになっ ていることを特徴とする請求項6に従う構造体。 8.第1のグループ(43)および少なくとも1つの別のグループ(44、45)の構 成部分が交互にまたは後続的に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5から請 求項7のいずれかに従う構造体。 9.転写箔(50)上に配置されて被保護物品に施着されるようになっていること を特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに従う構造体。 10.有価値文書類、特に、銀行券、クレジットカード、パスまたはチェック用文 書類に用いる視覚的に確認できる光学的防護素子として用いられることを特徴と する請求項1から請求項9のいずれかに従う構造体箔。 11.特に紙またはプラスチックから成る有価値文書類支持体用の防護領域( 64)として用いられることを特徴とする請求項10に従う構造体。
