Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 以下の工程を有する分析具製造方法、 複数の上向き並設凹部を持つリボン状の平坦なウエブを、下向き面を持つ水 平スロットを通る移動方向に送り、 第1試薬含有溶液を、前記下向き面と前記第1溶液を含んだ液だめとの間の 開口を介して前記凹部に分注し、そして 前記の帯片が前記スロットから出た後、前記帯片が前記水平面にある間に加 熱空気で前記第1溶液を乾燥させる。 2. 前記液だめ中の前記第1溶液を撹拌することによって、懸濁した試薬を前 記第1溶液中で均一に分配させる工程をさらにむ請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 前記帯片を前記下向き面に対して付勢することによって、前記開口のまわ りにシール作用を与える工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。 4. 前記凹部を覆うようにリボン状の平坦な基材を前記帯片に貼り付けること により、乾燥した試薬が入った複数の毛管空間を持ったリボン状のアセンブリを 形成し、 各毛管空間と連通する一対の間隔をおいた孔を設け、 そして 前記アセンブリを前記毛管空間の間で切断して複数の分析具を形成する、 工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。 5. 前記一対の間隔をおいた孔が、前記第1溶液の乾燥後で前記基材の貼り付 け前に、凹部において前記帯片を貫通して前記孔を形成することによって設けら れる請求項4に記載の方法。 6. 前記第1溶液の乾燥後に第2試薬含有溶液を前記凹部に分注し、そして 前記第2溶液を加熱空気で乾燥させる工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方 法。 7. 前記第2溶液を吹き付けにより分注する請求項6に記載の方法。 8. リボン状のカバーと、複数の並設された開口を持つリボン状のスペーサと を貼り合わせて、前記平坦なリボン状帯片を形成する請求項1に記載の方法。 9. リボン状の平坦な帯片が複数並設された凹部に試薬含有溶液を分注する、 以下の構成を備えた装置、 下向き面を持ったベース、 前記下向き面に対してリボン状のウエブを付勢することにより、前記開口の まわりにシール作用を与える 手段、 前記ベース上に第1試薬含有溶液を保持する液だめ、そして 前記液だめと前記下向き面の間の開口であって、これにより前記ウエブが前 記開口を通る移動方向に移動される際に前記溶液が前記ウエブの上向き凹部に分 注される開口。 10.前記下向き面に対して前記リボン状のウエブを付勢する前記手段が、前記 下向き面と平行な剛性プレートと、前記剛性プレートと前記下向き面の間に固定 された弾性材のパッドを備え、それによって前記弾性材と前記下向き面の間に水 平スロットを形成する請求項9に記載の装置。 11.前記液だめに設けられた溶液攪拌手段をさらに備える請求項9に記載の装 置。 12.前記開口の前縁と後縁が前記移動方向を横切って延び、前記前縁が実質的 に直線で、前記移動方向に直交しない請求項9に記載の装置。 13.前記前縁が前記移動方向に対して80度の方向に方向づけられている請求 項12に記載の装置。 14.前記開口が平行四辺形である請求項12に記載の装置。 15.前記平行四辺形が前記移動方向と平行な2辺を持つ請求項14に記載の装 置。
