Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)第二の流体中の第一の流体の第一の十分に規定された粒子サイズ分布を 有する分析すべき流体の試料を生成するステップと、 b)前記試料を第二の流体中の第一の流体の粒子サイズ分布の変化に敏感な検出 器に供給し、前記第一の十分に規定された粒子サイズ分布に対応する、前記検出 器中を流れる前記試料の少なくとも一つの第一の検出器信号を測定するステップ と、 c)第二の流体中の第一の流体の前記粒子サイズ分布の少なくとも一つの変化を もたらすステップと、 d)第二の流体中の第一の流体の第二の特定の粒子サイズ分布に対応する、前記 検出器中を流れる前記試料の少なくとも一つの第二の検出器信号を測定するステ ップと、 e)このようにして得られた検出器信号変化から、前記第二の流体中に細かく分 離した第一の流体の濃度に関する情報を得るステップとを含む、第二の流体中に 細かく分離した第一の流体の濃度を判定する方法。 2.ステップc)において、二つ以上の粒子サイズ分布をつく り出す請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.ステップa)またはステップc)において、混合または均一化手段、例えば 機械せん断ミキサ、オリフィスと組み合わせた高圧ポンプまたは超音波装置によ って粒子サイズ分布をつくり出す請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の方法。 4.異なるミキサ強度または回転速度を適用する請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法 。 5.水中油濃度を判定する請求の範囲第1項から第4項のいずれか一項に記載の 方法。 6.適用検出器技法が超音波散乱測定、(可視)光散乱測定、(可視)光妨害測 定または混濁度測定に基づく請求の範囲第1項から第5項のいずれか一項に記載 の方法。 7.前記第一の流体濃度の計算が二つの測定強度信号の差に基づく請求の範囲第 6項に記載の方法。 8.kは定数、例えば2であり、ilowおよびihighはそれぞれ比較的遅い回転 速度サイクルにおいて測定した信号および比較的速い回転速度サイクルにおいて 測定した信号であるとして、 を使用して光の強度の相対的な低下Rを判定する請求の範囲第7項に記載の方法 。 9.測定した光の低下の変化から、分散流体濃度cを、αは較正手順によって得 られるとしてc=α・Rによって計算する請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 10.第二の流体中の第一の流体の十分に規定された粒子サイズ分布を有する分 析すべき流体の試料を生成する手段と、 前記試料を第二の流体中の第一の流体の粒子サイズ分布の変化に敏感な検出器に 供給する手段と、 第二の流体中に細かく分離した第一の流体の前記粒子サイズ分布の少なくとも一 つの変化をもたらす手段と、 それぞれ第二の流体中の第一の流体の前記特定の粒子サイズ分布に対応する、前 記検出器中を流れる前記試料の少なくとも二つの検出器信号を測定する手段と、 このようにして得られた検出器信号変化から、前記第二の流体中に細かく分離し た第一の流体の濃度に関する情報を得る手段とを含む、第二の流体中に細かく分 離した第一の流体の濃度を判定する方法。
