Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. A)縦担持体(15)を受容するため縦軸線(3)を備えた貫通するダ クト(2)を有している本体(1)が設けられ、 B)ダクト(2)が、当該ダクト(2)に挿入された縦担持体を縦方向及び回 転方向においてロックできるようにするための手段を備え、 C)本体(1)に接続する突出部(4)が設けられ、当該突出部(4)が、骨 ねじ(16)を受容するため中心軸線(6)を備えた貫通するねじ穴(5)を有 している、脊柱固定装置用クランプジョーにおいて、 D)縦軸線(3)と中心軸線(6)とが屈曲した直線であることと、 E)縦軸線(3)と中心軸線(6)との間隔(7)が不変であり、4−10m mの範囲であることを特徴とする脊柱固定装置用クランプジョー。 2.前記間隔(7)が5mmないし8mmの範囲であり、有利には5.8mm ないし6.7mmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脊柱固定装 置用クランプジョー。 3.ダクト(2)が、軸線方向に測って5mmないし7mmの長さ、有利には 5.7mmないし6.3mmの長さを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1ま たは2に記載の脊柱固定装置用クランプジョー。 4.ダクト(2)が、3.0mmないし4.5mmの範囲の直径、有利には3 .2mmないし3.8mmの直径を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から 3までのいずれか一つに記載のクランプジョー。 5.ダクト(2)に挿入された縦担持体をロックするための手段が、本体(1 )に設けられ面(11)に対して直角に延びる縦軸線(9)を備えたねじ付き穴 (8)を有し、このねじ付き穴に調整ねじ(17)を挿入可能であることを特徴 とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載のクランプジョー。 6.ねじ穴(5)が、当該ねじ穴に挿入される骨ねじの頭部の受容領域におい て凹状に、有利には球面状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5 までのいずれか一つに記載のクランプジョー。 7.一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか 一つに記載のクランプジョー。 8.縦軸線(3)と垂直線(10)によって形成される投影面(11)におけ る、縦軸線(6)と縦軸線(3)とが成す横角(12)が、+20°ないし+3 0°の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載 のクランプジョー。 9.縦軸線(3)と垂直線(10)によって形成される投影面(11)におけ る、縦軸線(6)と縦軸線(3)とが成す横角(12)が、−5°ないし+5° の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載のク ランプジョー。 10.縦軸線(3)と縦軸線(9)によって形成される投影面(14)におい て、中心軸線(6)と縦軸線(3)とが成す頭蓋角(13)が、42.5°ない し50°の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに 記載のクランプジョー。 11.縦軸線(3)と縦軸線(9)によって形成される投影面(14)におい て、中心軸線(6)と縦軸線(3)とが成す頭蓋角(13)が、80°ないし1 00°の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記 載のクランプジョー。 12.突出部(4)がほぼ板状に形成され、有利には投影面(11)に対して 0°ないし45°の角度であることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいず れか一つに記載のクランプジョー。 13.突出部(4)がほぼ楔として形成され、その際有利には一つの楔面が投 影面(11)に対して平行であり、他の楔面が投影面(11)に対して0°ない し45°の角度であることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか一つ に記載のクランプジョー。 14.ダクト(2)が、縦担持体(15)を側方から受容するため、突出部( 4)とは逆の側で開口するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1か ら11までのいずれか一つに記載のクランプジョー。
