Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.酸化剤として適用する酸素含有ガス(以下、“X”と呼ぶ)、モデレーター ガス(以下、“M”と呼ぶ)及び液体炭化水素含有燃料(以下、“F”と呼ぶ) を実質的に非触媒性のガス発生器の反応ゾーンで反応させることにより合成ガス を製造するための方法であって、バーナーの長手方向軸に同軸のn個の別個の通 路又はチャネルの構成を含むマルチオリフィス(同軸環状)バーナーを通して前 記燃料及び前記酸化剤を反応ゾーンに注入する段階を含み、ここでnは≧3の整 数(3、4、5...)であり、前記バーナーの長手方向軸から見て(n−1) 番目の通路はn番目の通路よりも内側の通路であり、Fは通路の1個以上を通り 、従って少なくとも2個の通路が残り、Xは残りの通路の1個以上を通り、従っ て少なくとも1個の通路が残り、MはそれぞれF及びXが通る任意の2個の通路 が、Mが通る少なくとも1個の通路により分離されるように残りの通路の1個以 上を通る前記方法。 2.液体炭化水素含有燃料が1〜1000cStの粘度をもつ請求の範囲1に記 載の方法。 3.液体炭化水素含有燃料を2〜40m/sの速度で通す請求の範囲1又は2に 記載の方法。 4.酸素含有ガス(酸化剤)を20〜140m/sの速度で通す請求の範囲1か ら3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 5.モデレーターガスを5〜140m/sの速度で通す請求の範囲1から4のい ずれか一項に記載の方法。 6.プロセス圧が0.1〜12絶対MPaである請求の範囲1から5のいずれか 一項に記載の方法。 7.前記燃料が残油である請求の範囲1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 8.酸素含有ガス(酸化剤)が少なくとも純度90%の酸素を含む請求の範囲1 から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 9.前記各同心円状チャネルのガス化ゾーンへの出口でそれぞれの速度を測定又 計算する請求の範囲1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 10.モデレーターガスが水蒸気、二酸化炭素、水又はその組み合わせである請 求の範囲1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 11.X又はMのいずれかを最も外側の通路に通す請求の範囲1から10のいず れか一項に記載の方法。 12.nが4以上であり、Mを最も外側の通路に通す請求の範囲1から11のい ずれか一項に記載の方法。 13.nが4以上であり、X又はMを最も内側の通路に通す請求の範囲1から1 1のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 14.請求の範囲1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法から任意時点で得られ る合成ガス。
