すように平面同士とすることができ、金型を高精度化す
ることが容易に行なえ、その結果、流動性の高い軟質ウ
レタン系材料でありながら、バリ除去の困難な摺動部に
おけるバリ発生を防ぐことが可能となり、該紐止具の動
作不良が発生せず、安定した品質を実現した。また、本
発明によれば、軟質ウレタン系材料の採用により、軟質
の紐止具の成形製作が可能となり、他物に損傷を与える
こと無く、また該軟質ウレタン系材料は耐薬品性におい
ても優れることから、前記安定した品質の実現ととも
に、特にドライクリーニング(石油系、パークロ系薬品
の使用)等を行った場合でも劣化せず、良好な耐久性が
得られる。更に本発明は、摺動面に平面(9) を設けたこ
とにより、本体(1) に対する操作体(2) の位置決め機能
が具備されて組立能率が向上し、また操作体(2) の周方
向のガタつきが無く、円滑な作動をする優れた品質の紐
