Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of a lamp body mounting base. SOLUTION: A frame portion 22 to be embedded in a mounting face is provided with an engagement portion 23 to be engaged with a mounting face, and a feed screw 37 is operably provided from a mounting face side. An engagement portion 39 is movably provided vertically by the feed screw 37. When the engagement portion 39 is moved upwardly, the engagement portion 39 is saved against elasticity at a non-engagement position against the mounting face, and embedding of the frame portion 22 into the mounting face is permitted. When the engagement portion 39 is moved downwardly, the engagement portion 39 is exploded by means of elasticity at the engagement enable position against the mounting face, and the mounting face can be pinched into cooperation with the engagement portion 23.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a general downlight is installed on a ceiling plate, a frame portion of the downlight is inserted into an embedding hole formed in the ceiling plate, and the inside of the frame portion (a lamp or a reflector is mounted). Insert the hands into the inner space), pull out the locking metal fittings located on the side of the frame, and pull it down.
The frame portion is installed on the ceiling plate by sandwiching the ceiling plate between a flange portion of the frame portion that engages with the surface of the ceiling plate and a latch fitting that engages with the back surface of the ceiling plate.

Further, as described in, for example, US Pat. No. 5,331,531, a feed screw is rotatably provided on a side surface of a frame along a vertical direction, and a nut is screwed onto the feed screw. There is a structure in which a locking metal that can advance and retreat is laterally provided on the side of the frame portion. When the nut is moved to the uppermost end by the turning operation of the feed screw, the locking fitting is allowed to be turned down inward of the frame portion so as not to engage with the ceiling plate, and the nut is moved to the lower end. When it moves to the side, it is forcibly rotated to the side of the frame portion and protrudes, so that it can be engaged with the back surface of the ceiling plate.

When the frame is embedded in the ceiling plate, the frame is embedded in the ceiling plate in a state where the locking metal is tilted inward of the frame, and the end of the feed screw facing the lower surface of the frame is inserted. By rotating the feed screw and moving the nut to the lower end side, the locking metal is forcibly protruded to the side of the frame portion and engaged with the back surface of the ceiling plate. Thereby, the locking fitting can be operated without inserting the hand inside the frame portion.

However, in the structure described in U.S. Pat. No. 5,331,531, in a state where the nut is moved to the uppermost end, the inside of the frame portion is so fixed that the locking metal does not engage with the ceiling plate. It is possible to turn it down and turn it down, and conversely, it is also possible to turn it out of the frame and project it out of the frame. There is a problem that there is a problem in the construction such that the protruding locking metal fittings are caught on the ceiling plate so that the embedding work cannot be performed.

The frame 22 of the lamp body mounting base 11 is inserted into the embedding hole 2 from below and pushed up. At this time, the feed screw is set so that there is a gap equal to or greater than the thickness of the ceiling plate 1 between the lower end and the flange portion 23 when each of the locking members 39 swings to the non-engagement position approaching the frame portion 22 side. The locking body 39 is moved upward by rotating the 37. However, the locking member 39 is not engaged with the upper guide piece portion 47, and the locking member 39 is in a state of protruding to a position where the side of the frame portion 22 can be engaged.

The orientation of the lamp body 12 with respect to the lamp body mounting base 11 is such that the lamp socket 115 of the lamp body 12 matches the opening 27 of the lamp body mounting base 11, that is, the pair of hook-type power receiving terminals 161 of the lamp body 12 and the lamp body mounting base 11. The orientation of the hook-type power supply terminal 82 coincides with that of the hook-type power supply terminal 11. In addition, if the lamp socket 115 is rotated to the vertical lamp attaching / detaching position which is almost perpendicular to the irradiation opening 104, the lamp socket 115 does not protrude to the side of the lamp body 12, so that the lamp body 12 is in a horizontal posture. The lamp body can be inserted into the lamp body insertion portion 28 of the lamp body mounting base 11 from below. It should be noted that the lamp insertion portion 28 of the lamp mounting base 11 is kept in a state where the lamp socket 115 is in a horizontal lamp lighting position substantially parallel to the irradiation opening 104.
When inserting the lamp socket 115, insert the lamp socket 115 into the lamp insertion part 28 of the lamp mounting base 11 with the tip protruding to the side of the lamp facing upward. The lamp body 12 is turned to a horizontal posture in a state where the lamp body 12 faces the opening 27 of the lamp body 11, and thereafter the lamp body 12 is inserted from below into the lamp body insertion portion 28 of the lamp body mounting base 11 in the horizontal posture.

The pair of hook-type power receiving terminals 16 of the lamp body 12
1 is engaged with a pair of hook type power supply terminals 82 of the lamp body mounting base 11. That is, first, each hook type power receiving terminal 161 is inserted into the inside of the annular portion 62 through the insertion hole 79 of each engaging hole 77, and the hook claw 164 at the upper end of each hook type power receiving terminal 161 is connected to each hook type power supply terminal. It is moved above the locking projection 84 of 82. In this inserted state, the lamp body 12 is rotated clockwise as viewed from the bottom surface, and the hook claws 164 of each hook-type power receiving terminal 161 climb over the locking projection 84 of each hook-type power supply terminal 82. At the same time, the hook piece 165 of each hook type power receiving terminal 161 is
Is moved to the slot 78. The rotation of the lamp body 12 is regulated by the hook pieces 165 of each hook type power receiving terminal 161 abutting against the end of the slot 78 of each engagement hole 77. And the light 12
Release the push-up of each hook-type power receiving terminal 16
The first hooking claw portion 164 engages with the engaging recess 85 of each hooking type power supply terminal 82 and presses against the lamp body 12 under its own weight. Therefore, the engagement between the hook-type power supply terminal 82 and the hook-type power receiving terminal 161 allows the lamp body mounting base 11 and the lamp body 12 to be simultaneously mechanically locked and electrically connected.

In order to remove the lamp body 12 for maintenance or equipment replacement, the lamp body 12 is rotated counterclockwise as viewed from the bottom while pushing up the lamp body 12 so that each hook-type power receiving unit is removed. The hook claw 164 of the terminal 161 is moved over the locking projection 84 of each hook-type power supply terminal 82 so as to face the insertion hole 79, and the lifting of the lamp body 12 is released and the lamp body 12 is moved downward. As a result, the hooking claws 164 of each hook-type power receiving terminal 161 are disengaged downward from the respective insertion holes 79, and the lamp body 12 is detached from the lamp body mounting base 11.
Can be detached downward from the lamp body insertion part 28 of FIG.
