Abstract

SOLUTION: This board material is in a multi-layered structure of roll or bend type and comprises an upper layer 1 formed of pulp fiber or nonwoven fabric having flexible and moisture absorbing properties, a middle layer 2 of fiber hard to be cut by a cutter, the fiber being arranged in a mesh-like or cross style, and a lower layer 3 of flexible moisture-impremeable material. In conformity with the size of chopping boards widely used, perforations 4 are formed in the material, and every time when a chopping board is used, it is cut along the perforation 4 and used. The application of the material is increased by changing the layers and the materials. With the chemicals having a fungicidal function and not being harful to human body applied to the upper layer 1 having the moisture absorbing property, the effect is further improved.
