は図2の如くLEDチツプを載せ集光を強くしないよう
透明樹脂で補強する。この裏側に電気制御回路を組み合

は図4の如くプリント配線板ににLEDチップを載せ透
明樹脂で補強し2枚を背中合わせに取付ける。このプリ
ント板はD2より少々小さくし、一体成型されたケース
の差し込み口13より差し込まれるようにした、又逆に
D2によって位置が固定出来る様にした。LEDチップ
の数はH及び外形D1の大きさによって決まる。Tの大
きさはD1の大きさによって変える。電気制御回路は差
し込み口13の中に入る様にする。LEDプリント配線
板と電気制御回路は一体とし、差し込み金口12に取付
けAから差し込み固定する。 (ハ) 図5の如く集光されたLEDを数段のプリント
板に取付け、てんとう虫状に光らせる。これを電気回路
と一体にし図1及び図3のケースに入れる。 (ニ) 図1及び図3の樹脂ケースはエボキシ、アクリ
ル、ポリカーボネート、ウレタン、及びABS樹脂の如
く比較的透明度の高い樹脂にアルミナ粉末のような拡散
剤を混合させて出来る。混合比は明るさのバラツキを少
なくし且つ減光を少なくする条件を充たすようにする。
従ってチップ間及びチップとケース間の距離によって定
める。又距離が同一でもケースの肉厚が小さい場合は拡
散剤を多くする。 (ホ) 樹脂ケースにポリエチレン樹脂の様に不透明で
も光を拡散し透過する物も利用される。 (ヘ) 電気制御回路としてAC電源の場合図6のごと
く簡単な物としてダイオードブリッヂと抵抗で構成して
いる。50又は60ヘルツの点減の場合は図7の様にダ
イオード1個と抵抗で構成される。 (ト) 50又は60ヘルツ以外の点滅では図8のよう
にブリッチ、抵抗、チップ抵抗、電界及びチップコンデ
ンサ、CMOS IC,FETトランジスタで構成され
る。200ヘルツ以上になると点滅は目で確認できなく
なるため小電力型となり発熱が押さえられる。さらに図
9のようにすれば小電力型の点滅回路になる。 (チ) AC200V〜12V用の制御回路として簡単
なスイッチングレギュレター回路を利用すれば可能であ
る。 (リ) DC電源の場合はAC電源回路のブリッチ又は
ダイオードを外した回路で達成できる。 (ヌ) ここで述べるプリント基板とはガラスエポキ
シ、アルミナ、アルミ、及びホウロウ製を示す。 (ネ) 達磨の頭部にゴムあるいはホリウレタンのよう
な弾力のある筒を付けこの先端に請求項1のLEDを取
