Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a flooring composite material, which is mainly made of industrial wastes and, in addition, to which elasticity can give through a more simpler process than ever by a method wherein a lower layer material consisting of rubber chips and a heat reactive resin and an upper layer material consisting of thermoplastic resin chips and specified unvulcanized rubber chips are poured in a mold so as to be integrally compression-molded under heat. SOLUTION: A lower layer material 4 made of a mixture of rubber chips and a heat reactive resin is poured in a mold 1 and, on the lower layer material, an upper layer material 3 made of thermoplastic resin chips and 0-50 wt.% of unvulcanized rubber chips is poured so as to integrally compression-mold the poured materials under heat. As a result, not only industrial wastes such as waste tires and waste plastics can be employed as major material but also a production process can be simplified, resulting in making a production cost very comparatively low. In addition, by changing the particle sizes of respective chips and the mixing ratio of the heat reactive resin and the unvulcanized rubber chips, the elasticity, heat retaining properties, anti-slip properties and flame retardancy suitable for a use object can easily be obtained.

That is, a composite material for floors according to the present invention is obtained by injecting a mixture of a rubber chip as a lower layer material and a thermoreactive resin into a molding die, and then a thermoplastic resin chip as an upper layer material. A mixture of 0 to 50% by weight of an unvulcanized rubber chip is injected and integrally heat-pressed, and the thermoplastic resin as the upper layer material is made of a plurality of colors. The colored chips have a granite finish.

[Function] By changing the thickness of the upper layer material and the lower layer material, the particle size of each chip, and the mixing ratio of the thermoreactive resin and the unvulcanized rubber chip, a floor composite material having characteristics according to the purpose of use can be easily obtained. Can be obtained. In addition, by admixing unvulcanized rubber into a thermoplastic resin which is a main material of the upper layer material, sticking to a mold at the time of demolding can be prevented.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a composite material for a floor according to the present invention;
A mixture of a rubber chip as a lower layer material (4) and a thermoreactive resin is injected into the mixture, and a mixture of a thermoplastic resin chip as an upper layer material (3) and 0 to 50% by weight of an unvulcanized rubber chip is injected thereon. It is formed by integral heat compression molding.

Hereinafter, the most preferable chip particle size and mixing ratio obtained as a result of the experiment are shown. First, as the lower layer material (4), a particle diameter of 1.0 m obtained by pulverizing a waste tire was obtained.
A mixture of 20 to 5% by weight of a rubber chip having a size of m or more and 10.0 mm or less and a thermoreactive resin (in the experiment, using Bandex TP1221 manufactured by Dainippon Ink Co., Ltd.) is injected into a molding die (1). The mixture of unvulcanized rubber chips was injected and heated and compressed at 150 to 180 ° C. for 5 to 10 minutes in a heating and compression molding machine (2), and after waiting for natural heat release, the upper layer material and the lower layer material were integrated. An elastic laminate composite was obtained.

Further, if a plurality of colored thermoplastic resin chips or colored unvulcanized rubber chips are used as the upper layer material, a floor composite material having a granite-like finished surface can be obtained. In the present embodiment, the step of first injecting the lower layer material into the mold and then injecting the upper layer material is performed. However, even if this step is reversed, it can be performed separately.
