2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as this kind of technology, a large amount of a liquid (usually water) containing a detergent is put into a washing tank, and the object to be washed is stirred in the washing tank to remove dirt adhering to the surface of the object to be washed. A method of washing by dispersing in a liquid is used.

However, according to the above-mentioned prior art, a large amount of detergent may have to be used depending on the kind of the dirt. For example, in some cases, it is difficult to dispose of a large amount of detergent on an object to be cleaned.
Therefore, it is conceivable to perform cleaning using only a liquid (water) without using a detergent. However, there is a problem that stubborn dirt is hardly removed and much time and labor must be paid for the work. Therefore, a method using detergent is adopted,
The present situation is such that the disposal of detergents (wastewater treatment) tends to be delayed, and the adverse effects of environmental pollution caused by the detergents have been concerned.

According to the present invention, there is provided a cleaning processing method according to the present invention, which is provided with a cleaning tank 2 for accommodating an object 1 to be cleaned. In the tank 2, a granular material 3 having a particle size smaller than that of the object to be cleaned 1 and containing at least one or more materials selected from sand, charcoal, and glass particles as a main material is stored together with the object to be cleaned 1. After the stirring process, the sieving process of sieving the object to be cleaned 1 and the granular material 3 is performed, and a thickener is added to the granular material, Is desirably added in an amount of 20 wt% to 30 wt%.

[Operation and Effect] In other words, when the object to be cleaned and the granular material are simultaneously accommodated in the cleaning layer, when the particles are stirred, the granular material collides with the material to be cleaned and the surface of the material to be cleaned is stirred. Contact with dirt attached to Then, the dirt adheres to the granular material, and the dirt is removed when the granular material separates from the object to be cleaned based on stirring. Depending on the degree of collision, the dirt may be scraped off, and the dirt is efficiently removed. It is also conceivable that the removed dirt adheres to the object to be cleaned again. However, if the powder is at least one selected from sand, charcoal, and glass particles, the dirt once removed is removed. Is trapped between the particles, making it difficult to contact the object to be cleaned, and depending on the type of the particles, the dirt is sufficiently adsorbed, and the dirt attached to the particles is cleaned. Even if the object comes into contact with the object again, the dirt is prevented from moving to the object to be cleaned, and a sufficient dirt removing function is exhibited. The object to be cleaned from which the dirt has been removed and the granular material have different particle sizes, so that they can be separated by performing sieving, and only the object to be cleaned from which the dirt has been removed can be easily obtained. I can do it. As a result, the object to be cleaned is in a state where dirt has been removed in the cleaning tank, and as a result, the object is cleaned. In other words, the washing process can be performed by a simple operation of stirring, without using a large amount of detergent.
The object to be processed can be easily cleaned, and the cleaning operation can be performed with a small amount of labor and a short time without using a large amount of detergent.

It is preferable that the powder has a high viscosity to some extent so that the powder can efficiently contact the surface of the object to be cleaned.
The addition of wt% shows an appropriate viscosity, so that the powders can scrape off the dirt attached to the object to be cleaned.
