再び動作可能な状態にする。

る。このリレ−24の接点信号を用いて遠隔の警報ブザ
−を鳴動させる。タイマ−リレ−4の接点dlは予め設
定されている時間が経過した後にオン状態となる。この
接点dlのオンにより第2のリレ−22、23の接点が
オンされて、給水停止又は製造装置停止が可能となる。

ットすることにより、製造装置の不必要な稼働停止によ
る損失を防止できる効果がある。また、装置の冷却を待
って、冷却水の供給停止をすることにより、安全に製造
装置の停止をすることが可能である。
