一対のアウトリガによって線路上に支持され、恰も3点
支持の如く支持される。このため油圧シリンダはアウト
リガから離れた位置に設けるのがよい。この状態で所定
のクレーン作業が行なわれるが、操作部40及び油圧ポ
ンプ41共に台板上に搭載されているので操作が容易且
つ自然に行なうことができる上、偏摩耗などのおそれも
ない。作業終了後は、アウトリガの脚部のみを短縮して
から油圧シリンダを操作して台板5を台枠2と平行にし
てステイバー17を台板下に直立させてからロックピン
22を挿通して台板5と台枠をロック状態にする。その
後アウトリガを収容すると車輪の電磁ブレーキが解除さ
れて走行可能になる。なお安全確認用のランプ及びその
