Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge a molorder and moisture to the outside of a shoe by providing a ventilation hole on the upper part front half part of a shoe sole, providing a pump attaching recessed part on a heel part through a pipe attaching groove on the rear part of the ventilation hole, inserting an air pump to the pump attaching recessed part and connecting a main pipe with a check valve to the air pump. SOLUTION: The air pump in a cylindrical accordion shape is inserted to the pump attaching recessed part 1, the main pipe 5 for connecting the air pump 4 is inserted to the pipe attaching groove 2 and a ventilation groove 3 is spread in a grid shape and provided on the front half part of the upper surface of the shoe sole A. The air pump 4 is a small-sized pump to be mounted to the pump attaching recessed part 1 provided on the heel part of the shoe sole A and one end of the main pipe 5 is connected to a side part. The main pipe 5 is provided with an exhaust pipe 7 through the check valve 6 for exhaust on a lower part near the air pump 4 and a suction pipe 9 is provided through the check valve 8 for suction on the tip part of the main pipe. The lower end part of the check valve 6 for the exhaust is inserted to a discharge hole provided on the shoe bottom A.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The actual use of the present invention constructed as described above is as follows. As shown in FIG. 4, when weight is applied to the heel during walking, the air pump 4 is pressed from above, and the air in the air pump 4 is closed by the suction check stool 8 provided at the distal end. As a result, it is discharged from the shoe sole to the outside through the exhaust check valve 6 which is in the open state. When the weight on the heel shifts to the front of the foot, the compressed air pump 4 expands. At this time, the exhaust check valve 6 is closed and the intake exhaust valve 8 is opened. The air in the shoe is
From the air pump 4.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an internal structural view of the present invention as viewed from a plane, FIG. 2 is an internal structural view as viewed from a side, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a state where an air pump and a shoe sole of the present invention are separated, and FIG. In the drawings showing a series of operating states of the present invention, reference numeral A in the figure indicates a shoe sole, B indicates an upper, and C indicates a midsole. Reference numeral 1 denotes a pump mounting recess provided on the heel of the upper surface of the shoe sole, and a cylindrical bellows-shaped air pump 4 is inserted into the pump mounting recess 1. Reference numeral 2 denotes a pipe mounting groove into which main pipes 5 and 5a connected to the air pump 4 are inserted. Reference numeral 3 denotes a ventilation groove provided in the front half of the upper surface of the shoe sole. The ventilation groove 3 is provided in a lattice-like manner so as to absorb moisture and foul odors from the part of the foot where the sweat is scratched. Reference numeral 4 denotes a bellows-shaped air pump. The air pump 4 is a small-sized synthetic resin pump mounted in the pump mounting recess 1 provided in the heel portion of the shoe sole. One end is connected. As shown in FIG. 2, the main pipe 5 is provided with an exhaust pipe 7 below the air pump via an exhaust check valve 6, and an intake check valve 8 is provided at the tip of the main pipe 5a. An intake pipe 9 is provided through the intermediary. The lower end of the exhaust check valve 6 is inserted into an exhaust hole 7a provided on the sole of the shoe, and when the air pump 4 is compressed, the odor and moisture inside the shoe are removed by the exhaust hole 7a.
From the outside. The exhaust check valve 6 is opened when the air pump 4 is compressed and the air is exhausted, so that the odor and moisture in the shoes are discharged from the exhaust pipe 7 to the exhaust hole 7a.
The air is discharged from the bottom of the shoe sole to the outside, and the air is completely discharged. At the same time, the air pump 4 starts expanding and the exhaust check valve 6 is closed. When the check valve 6 for exhaust is closed, the check valve 8 for intake is opened at the same time as the air in the shoes (odor and moisture)
Is sucked into the expanding air pump 4. By repeating the intake and exhaust in this way, the bad air in the shoe is constantly exhausted to the outside, and fresh air is inhaled. The air pump 4 is made of a synthetic resin material and has a bellows shape. Therefore, the user starts walking with his shoes on, and when the weight is applied to the heel, the air inside the air pump is compressed and the inside air is discharged. When expanded, it expands due to the resilience of the synthetic resin and returns to its original shape. The exhaust pipe 7 is connected to the lower end of an exhaust check valve 6 connected to the main pipe 5 and guides the air in the shoe discharged from the exhaust check valve 6 to be discharged from the shoe sole to the outside. It is supposed to. The intake pipe 9 is a pipe that collects air sucked through the ventilation grooves 3 provided in a lattice by the suction force when the air pump 4 expands, and the collected air passes through the check valve 8 for intake. Then, it is housed in the air pump 4 through the main pipe 5a.

The following effects are obtained when the shoes with the ventilation mechanism of the present invention configured as described above are actually used. a. Since all ventilation mechanisms are provided inside the soles, there is no discomfort when actually wearing the shoes. b. Since the shoes are ventilated at each step, the shoes are always kept clean, and the odor is discharged, and does not remain after the shoes are taken off. c. Since the ventilation grooves are provided in a lattice shape over a wide area in the shoe soles of the shoe where the bad odor is likely to accumulate and where the moisture is high, the bad odor and moisture are evenly absorbed and discharged to the outside of the shoe. d. Since the inside of the shoe is always kept clean, it is possible to prevent diseases such as athlete's foot. e. Since only the pump is installed inside the sole of the shoe, the manufacturing is simple and the pump can be provided at low cost.
