2. Description of the Related Art Hair dyes for cosmetics are roughly classified into oxidative hair dyes, acidic hair dyes, and iridoid hair dyes. The oxidative hair dye is generally of a two-part type in which a first part containing an oxidizing dye and a second part containing an oxidizing agent are mixed and used when used. In addition, although the acid dye is basically of a one-drug type, recently, a dye containing an amino acid, a cationic surfactant, a protein or the like has been proposed because of giving a conditioning effect. Further, as the iridoid hair dye, one agent consisting of an iridoid compound and two agents consisting of an iridoid-amino acid or an amino acid and a protein hydrolyzate may be used after adjusting at the time of use. However, in the case of the oxidative hair dye, the first agent and the second agent cannot withstand long-term storage unless they are separately stored in a container. In addition, in the case of an acidic dye, if a cationic surfactant, an amino acid, or the like is blended from the beginning, not only the dyeability of the dye is deteriorated, but also the conditioning effect of these components is reduced. Further, in the iridoid hair dye, the reactivity between the iridoid compound and the component having an amino group is so high that long-term storage is impossible. Therefore, these hair dyes are conventionally provided separately in two containers. At the time of use, each container is opened, the two components are mixed immediately before use, and the mixture is applied to hair as a hair dye. Further, as a multi-component resin container containing a two-component adhesive composed of an epoxy resin and a curing agent thereof, for example, in a package provided with at least two storage portions in which different types of liquid materials are individually placed. The seal strength between adjacent storage sections is opened by an external pressure to the storage section, and a seal having a lower seal strength than a peripheral heat seal portion so that substantially one storage section is formed. A packaging body characterized in that an outlet is provided in only one of the storage sections has been proposed (Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 57-105272). Then, as the formation of the weak seal portion, a method of sandwiching a film made of a heterogeneous material between sheets in a sandwich shape, a method of heat sealing, a temperature,
A method by changing conditions such as a sealing time and a method using an adhesive such as hot melt have been proposed. Also, due to recent gourmet tastes, a resin container has also been proposed for separating storage components during storage of foods and eating them together at the time of use.

However, there are the following problems in conventional resin containers for storing multiple components such as cosmetics or chemicals. Among components containing cosmetics, chemicals, foods, etc., those having extremely high viscosity may be stored in a multi-component resin container. In a multi-component resin container containing such a high-viscosity component, it is not sufficient to simply open the isolation seal portion and mix each component at the time of use. That is, even if the isolation seal portion is opened, the components do not mix sufficiently due to the high viscosity of the components. Further, if it is tried to mix them completely, it takes a very long time, and the meaning of storing multiple components separately may be lost. Such high-viscosity components are generally noticeable in those having a viscosity of 2000 cps or more. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a resin container for a multi-component, in which the multi-components stored separately can be easily mixed when used.

The above-mentioned resin container is a non-constant volume container having at least a flexible wall. The resin container is formed from an inflation film, a tube, a sheet and a film, extruded, injection-molded, or blow-molded. The plastic material of the container is polyolefin resin, vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride resin,
It is a general-purpose resin such as a polyester resin, a polyvinyl alcohol resin, a polyacrylonitrile resin, a polyacrylic resin, and a polyamide resin. The resin container may be formed in a single layer or a multilayer. In particular, the innermost layer is desirably a polyolefin-based resin because it does not adversely affect the storage components. For example, linear low density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the like. In addition, heat resistance among these resins,
From the viewpoint of transparency and the like, a resin produced using a metallocene catalyst is desirable. Further, the innermost layer is desirably a blend of resins having different melting points. Such a blend facilitates formation of a seal portion different from a complete seal portion and a peel seal portion described later. Especially as a blend,
Blends of polyethylene and polypropylene are preferred. It is preferable that the resin container material be provided with a water vapor and gas barrier layer, whether it is a single layer or a multilayer. Examples of such a barrier layer include a metal layer such as aluminum, polyvinylidene chloride, and polyvinyl alcohol.

The multi-component resin container according to the present invention is a container in which a plurality of components are divided and stored in respective chambers. Components that are divided into a plurality of components and stored in each room include chemical components such as a two-part adhesive mixed at the time of use, oxidative hair dyes, acidic hair dyes, and iridoid hair dyes. And food ingredients such as dressings mixed together at the time of use. In particular, in the multi-component according to the present invention, the viscosity is 2
It covers cosmetic components such as hair dye base materials of 000 cps or more, chemical components such as epoxy resin components, food components composed of jelly, gel, etc., and medical drug components. If the viscosity of the component is lower than 2000 cps, there will be no inconvenience even if a mixing operation is performed at the time of use, and therefore, the component does not have to be the target component of the multi-component resin container according to the present invention.
However, at least one of the multi-components is 2000
If the viscosity exceeds cps or more, a sufficient mixing operation cannot be performed by simply opening the later-described isolation seal portion.

The adjacent chambers of the resin container are isolated from each other by an isolation seal portion, and the isolation seal portion has a peel strength that can be partially released by pressure increase in the chamber.
That is, in the present invention, the isolation seal portion has a half of the whole.
The peelable peel seal portion is formed in the range of 0 to 1/2. Also, the number of isolation seal portions can be formed by subtracting one from the number of plural components or plural chambers. Portions other than the 1/20 to 1/2 range of the isolation seal portion are formed as complete seal portions of the seal wall which cannot be separated from each other. The complete seal portion is desirably a heat seal, and a heat sealer, an ultrasonic welder, or the like can be used as the heat seal device. The complete seal portion is a non-peelable seal portion where breakage of the seal wall occurs when an attempt is made to peel.

[0008] The peel seal portion is also called a weak seal portion, and is a seal portion which presses against a chamber or a container from the outside and peels off when the inside is pressurized to a certain level. The peel strength of the peel seal portion is such that the indoor pressure is 0.01 to 1.0.
Kgf / cm 2 , especially 0.05 to 0.5 Kgf / cm 2
It is desirable to have the strength to be peeled by the pressure increase. If the strength is lower than the above range, the safety for maintaining an isolated state at the time of production, transportation, storage and the like is lacking. If the strength exceeds the above range,
There is a possibility that the communication operation between the rooms cannot be easily performed at the time of use. If the peel seal portion of the isolation seal portion is formed in the range of the above range, the gate effect is sufficiently obtained when the stirring operation for repeatedly sending the components from one chamber to another chamber and from another chamber to one chamber is performed. It is exhibited and efficiently mixed with other components even if the stored component has the high viscosity. If the formation range of the peel seal portion is less than the above range, the repetitive stirring operation from one chamber to another chamber becomes heavy, and it may take time to mix. If the formation range of the peel seal portion exceeds the above range, the gate effect for the high-viscosity component will not be sufficiently exhibited, and the mixing will not be efficient.

In the multi-component resin container configured as described above, the container itself serves as a stirring and mixing device. That is, even if the components of the storage chamber are of high viscosity and are not easily mixed with the components of the other chambers, since the peeling area of a part of the isolation seal portion is limited, by moving the flow component between the chambers, Even if the opening of the peel seal portion exerts a gate effect and the components having high viscosity are mixed with each other efficiently, there is no hindrance in the subsequent use.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the multi-component resin container according to the first aspect, the chamber is formed to have a capacity of 0.5 to 2 times the total capacity of all the stored components. It is characterized by. When the capacity of the storage compartment for the components is within the above range, the operation of flowing the components can be efficiently and easily performed.
If the capacity of the storage chamber is less than the above range, stirring and mixing by one round trip operation will not be sufficiently achieved, and if it is more than the above range, the operation of sending components from one chamber to another chamber due to the dullness of the chamber capacity. Difficulty may occur. According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the multi-component resin container according to the first or second aspect, an outlet is formed in at least one of the chambers. The outlet, for example, the container wall has a rupture direction, may be a cut provided in the rupture direction, a separating ribbon or the like is provided on the container wall, and the separating ribbon is peeled off to remove the container wall. Such a portion may be broken. Further, it may be formed as a screw opening on which a cap is placed. With such an outlet, it is easy to take out the mixed component after the mixing operation of the components.

Next, a multi-component resin container 1 according to this embodiment is described.
The method for manufacturing the will be described in detail. First, a resin material extruded into a tubular shape is cut into a predetermined length, and an isolation seal portion 6 is formed at an intermediate portion thereof. The non-peelable complete seal portion of the isolation seal portion 6 is performed at a heat seal temperature (temperature of the seal surface) of 180 ° C., and the peel seal portion 6A is performed at a seal temperature of 130 ° C. Thereby, the peel seal portion 6A has a peel strength in the above range. The tint base composition 4 is filled through the opening at the cut end, and the opening at the end is heat-sealed to form a complete seal portion 11. The outlet 7 is formed when the complete seal portion 11 is formed, and the cut 13 is formed. Next, the developer 5 is filled through the opening at the other cut end, and the opening at the end is heat-sealed and sealed to form a complete seal 1.
Form 2 Thus, the multi-component container 1 of the first embodiment is manufactured.

When the multi-component container 1 of the first embodiment having such a structure is used, first, the storage room 2 or the storage room 3 is used.
Is pressed with the palm of the user to peel off the peel seal portion 6A. Then, the storage room 2 and the storage room 3 are alternately pressed to blow out the taint base composition from the storage room 2 to the storage room 3 through the opening of the narrow peel seal portion 6A, or to mix the taint base composition. The developer 4 and the developer 5 are returned from the storage chamber 3 to the storage chamber 2 again through the opening of the narrow peel seal portion 6A. By repeating such an operation 4 to 5 times, the taint base composition 4 and the developer 5 are completely mixed. in this case,
As a comparison, all of the isolation seal portions 6 are peel seal portions 6A.
When the mixture formed in the above is mixed by such a method, the stirring and mixing is completed by repeating the compression about 10 times or more. The mixture gave a light brown dye, and the viscosity of the mixture was 3500 cps (temperature: 25 ° C.) or more. Therefore, the multi-component container 1 itself becomes a stirring and mixing device, and the opening of the peel seal portion 6A exerts a gate effect so that even high-viscosity components are efficiently mixed with each other, which hinders subsequent use. There is no. In the above example, the multi-component container 1 was formed from a resin sheet of an extruded tube. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and two resin sheets may be stacked, and a blow molded product having a flexible wall,
It may be an injection molded product or a blister-formed molded product obtained by combining a resin sheet and a vacuum molded product. In the above embodiment, the oxidizable hair dye composition was used for the storage components 4 and 5, but is not limited thereto. An iridoid hair dye composition, an acidic hair dye composition and the like may be used separately from the conditioning component. Further, the present invention is not limited to cosmetics as in this embodiment, but may be a chemical such as an adhesive comprising an epoxy resin composition and a curing agent, a food, or a medical agent. Although the opening has an opening formed by the cut 13, the opening may be formed by using a separation ribbon or the like. Further, the outlet may be formed as a threaded opening to be covered with a cap like a blow molded product.
