SOLUTION: One set of cores 14, 14' are provided on respective insides of a U-cross sectional case 11 and a mounting plate 12, and drive coils 13, 13' are wound around the respective cores 14, 14'. A shaft 15 is fitted in the U-cross sectional case 11 and the mounting plate 12 so as to rotate freely. A V-shaped supporting member 15a is fixed on the shaft 15 so as to rotate freely between the drive coils 13, 13' and the cores 14, 14'. At respective arms 15a1, 15a2 of the V-shaped supporting member 15a, permanent magnets 17, 17' which are magnetized so as to become opposite in polarity to each other are constituted of a plastic material, and stoppers 18, 18' which regulate a rotational range are provided.
