Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner member rapidly and easily constructed at both an outside angle part and an inside angle part by a method wherein a shape retaining material is mounted on the intermediate position in the direction of width of the one surface of a paper tape and an adhesion promoter layer is formed in a spot corresponding to mounting on a fixing surface. SOLUTION: An adhesion promoter layer 2 is formed throughout the whole surface of one surface of a paper tape being a flexible a belt-form base material 1. A belt-form shape retaining material 3 is mounted on the mounting surface of the adhesion promoter layer 2 in the central position in the direction of the width of the paper tape 1. The shape retaining material 3 is formed of a metallic tape made of an aluminum alloy further rigid than the paper tape 1 and bendable at a given angle along the longitudinal direction of the paper tape 1 through plastic deformation. Further, Peel sheets 4 and 4 are mounted on non-mounting parts 2a and 2a of the shape retaining material 3 of the adhesion promoter layer 2. In construction, the peel sheets are peeled and an adhesion promoter surface is exposed. This method effects rapid and easy and neat construction at an outside angle part and an inside angle part in a less difference in a level.

2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional corner member, two metal tapes are stuck at a middle position in the width direction of one side of a paper tape along a longitudinal direction of the tape while being slightly separated in a tape width direction, and the paper tape is taped. An adhesive is applied over one exposed surface and the surfaces of both metal tapes (for example,
Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. 49-29716), or a concave portion constituting a thin portion is integrally formed at each of the widthwise intermediate positions on both sides of a plate-shaped corner member body made of hard polyvinyl chloride, and In the recess on the mounting surface side of the corner member main body on the fixing surface, a band member made of soft polyvinyl chloride is buried so as to be flush with the mounting surface, and the corner surface of the corner member main body has the mounting surface. A double-sided tape was stuck to a part (for example, see Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 7-10209).

In the case of the former corner member, the tape portion between the two metal tapes of the paper tape is attached to the corner portion while being bent along the corner of the corner portion. Because the paper tape itself is flexible, it is difficult to accurately fold the widthwise middle position of the tape part located between the two metal tapes.Every time the bending position goes wrong, you must paste it while correcting it. The work has become complicated, leading to a decrease in construction efficiency. In addition, when the corner member is used in the corner, only the paper tape portion is located at the corner of the corner, so that the decorative material is placed on the corner member so that the adjacent end portions of the decorative member are over each other. When the superimposed portion of the decorative material is cut off with a knife or the like after being pasted in a superposed state, the tape portion is also cut together, and as a result, the corner member itself is cut between adjacent metal tapes. Because of the separation, there is a problem that a gap is generated at the corner of the corner after the decorative material is attached, and it becomes difficult to see.

In the case of the latter corner member,
Since the corner member main body having the two concave portions is formed by extrusion molding, a dedicated extruder is required as a manufacturing facility, and moreover, a plurality of types of corner member main bodies having different width dimensions are manufactured. In this case, it is necessary to prepare a plurality of types of dies for the extruder. As a result, there is a problem that the equipment cost rises and the production cost of the corner member rises. In addition, when the corner member is attached to the corner portion, the thin portion of the corner member body is bent against its elastic restoring force, so that the corner member body attached to the corner portion may be peeled off by its elastic restoring force. .

The feature of the corner member according to claim 1 of the present invention for achieving the above object is as follows.
At the intermediate position in the width direction on one side of the flexible band-shaped base material, a band-shaped shape preserving material that is harder than the band-shaped base material and that can be bent and held at a predetermined angle along the longitudinal direction of the band-shaped base material is attached. In addition, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed at a portion of the strip-shaped base material corresponding to attachment to the fixing surface. According to the above characteristic configuration, the bending direction of the shape-retaining material is changed, or only by changing the formation position of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, from the outside corner to the inside corner, or for the inside corner. In addition to being able to be easily changed for the out-going corner, the shape-retaining material can be used as a protective member for preventing deformation and breakage of the out-going and in-going corners due to collision of other objects. In addition, when used in a corner, the shape-retaining material is located at the corner of the corner, so that the decorative material is placed on the corner member in a state where their adjacent ends overlap. After pasting,
When the excess polymerized portion of the decorative material is cut off with a knife or the like, cutting of the band-shaped base material together can be suppressed by the shape-retaining material. Moreover, when the shape-retaining material is bent at a predetermined angle along the longitudinal direction of the band-shaped substrate, the band-shaped substrate is held in a bending posture along the folded shape-retaining material, so that the length of the band-shaped substrate is reduced. It can be attached to the corner part in a state bent at a predetermined angle over the entire length in the direction,
Attaching operation can be easily performed, and, for example, a step formed at one place formed by attaching the corner member, compared to a corner member to which the shape-retaining material is attached over the entire width of the belt-shaped member. Since the height of the part can be lowered, the step is less noticeable even when the decorative material is directly pasted, and even if the step part is smoothed with putty,
The putty can be easily cleaned. Furthermore, because a rigid shape-retaining material is attached to the flexible band-shaped substrate, as a band-shaped substrate and a shape-retaining material, a paper tape or sheet,
Alternatively, since existing materials such as metal tapes can be freely selected and used, the manufacturing equipment can be simplified as compared with a case where a dedicated corner member is manufactured by extrusion. At the same time, it is possible to easily manufacture a plurality of types of strip-shaped base materials and shape-retaining materials having different width dimensions. Therefore, a corner member that can be quickly and easily installed on any of the outgoing corners and the inward corners, and that can be beautifully installed in a state with few steps, in terms of manufacturing facilities and manufacturing costs. It can be advantageously manufactured.

A feature of the corner member according to the second aspect of the present invention is that the flexible band-shaped base material is harder than the band-shaped base material in the widthwise middle position on one surface of the flexible band-shaped base material, and is disposed in the longitudinal direction of the band-shaped base material. Along with the shape-retaining material bent at a predetermined angle, the band-shaped substrate is held in a bent posture along the shape-retaining material, and a portion of the band-shaped substrate corresponding to attachment to a fixed surface. In that an adhesive layer is formed. According to the above feature configuration, or changing the surface where the shape-retaining material is attached to the band-shaped base material, or simply changing the formation location of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer,
It can be easily changed from an outside corner to an inside corner, or from an inside corner to an outside corner, and the shape-retaining material can be changed to an outside corner and an inside corner due to collision of another object. It can be used as a protective member to prevent deformation and breakage of the corner member, and when used in the corner, the shape-retaining material is located at the corner of the corner, so that the corner member can be used. After attaching the decorative material from above with its adjacent edges overlapping, when the excess polymerized portion of the decorative material is cut off with a knife or the like, it is ensured that the strip-shaped substrate is cut together. It can be suppressed by the shape. Moreover, since the band-shaped substrate is held in a bent posture by the shape-retaining material, the band-shaped substrate can be attached to the corner portion in a state of being bent at a predetermined angle over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the band-shaped substrate. Since the height of one step formed by sticking the corner member can be made lower than that of the corner member to which the shape-retaining material is stuck over the entire width of the band-shaped member, decoration Even if the material is directly adhered, the step becomes less noticeable, and even if the step portion is leveled with putty, the putty leveling operation can be easily performed. Furthermore, because the rigid shape-retaining material is attached to the flexible band-shaped base material, as the band-shaped base material, it is possible to freely select and use existing materials such as paper tapes and sheets. Compared to a case where a dedicated corner member is manufactured by extrusion, the manufacturing equipment can be simplified, and a plurality of types of band-shaped base materials having different width dimensions can be easily manufactured. it can. The feature of the method for manufacturing a corner member according to claim 3 of the present invention resides in that the width of the strip-shaped base material in a release paper stuck on one surface of a flexible strip-shaped base via an adhesive layer is provided. The intermediate position in the direction is removed along the longitudinal direction of the strip-shaped base material, and the shape-retaining material is attached to the adhesive surface portion which is removed and exposed. According to the above manufacturing method, of the release paper adhered to one surface of the strip-shaped base material, only the release paper portion at the intermediate position in the width direction is removed, and the shape-retaining material is applied to the removed adhesive surface portion which is exposed. Since the corner member can be manufactured only by sticking the corner member, the corner member is compared with the case where the adhesive layer for attaching the shape-retaining material and the adhesive layer for attaching to the fixed surface are separately formed. Can be manufactured efficiently and easily, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

As long as it is hard and can be bent and held at a predetermined angle along the longitudinal direction of the strip-shaped base material by plastic deformation, a metal tape made of a galvanized steel sheet or a stainless steel metal tape may be used. In the third embodiment, a metal plate made of galvanized steel sheet is used as the shape-retaining material. However, the shape-retaining material is not limited to this, and is more rigid than the corresponding band-shaped base material, and If it is bent at a predetermined angle along the longitudinal direction of the band-shaped base material, it may be a metal plate made of aluminum alloy or a metal plate made of stainless steel, or may be manufactured by bending or extrusion by heating or the like. A plate made of a synthetic resin (for example, polyester, polycarbonate, polyvinyl chloride, ABS resin, polystyrene, polypropylene, or the like) may be used. In each of the above-described embodiments, a plurality of circular holes are formed through the band-shaped base material and the release paper at the non-sticking position of the shape retaining material of the corner member, but the shape of the holes is limited to a circle. However, the holes need not be formed. In the third embodiment, the shape-retaining material is adhered to the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one side of the band-shaped substrate. However, the shape-retaining material is bonded to the surface of the band-shaped substrate on the side opposite to the side where the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is present. May be stuck to the surface with an adhesive. In this case, one surface of the strip-shaped base material on the side where the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is present is formed at a position corresponding to attachment to a corner as a fixing surface.
