Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent impact-resistant property, by sticking a middle density fiber board on both front and rear faces of a synthetic resin sheet to laminate it to form a board for architecture, and heating and curing the synthetic resin sheet as a flexible synthetic resin sheet in which a plasticizer is mixed, before sticking and laminating. SOLUTION: A flexible vinyl chloride resin sheet 1 in which a high specific gravity material such as barium sulfate or the like is heated and cured in the air of about 60 deg.C for 5h or so. And a middle density fiber board 2 that is obtained by combinedly unifying wooden chips with a melamine adhesive is stuck and laminated on both front and rear faces of the flexible vinyl chloride resin sheet 1 to form a board for architecture. Then, the surface of one middle density fiber board 2 of the board for architecture is decorated by applying paint, grinding, sticking a sheet, etc. And the decorated face is turned to the front side and used as an interior material. Accordingly, warping or extending or contractive deformation are hard to generate and hence, an excellent sound- insulation function can be obtained.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, medium-density fiberboard has been adopted as an architectural board which becomes a wooden composite laminate for interiors such as flooring and wall materials because of its high strength and excellent impact resistance. ing. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, there is known an architectural board formed by sticking and laminating a wooden veneer 3 on the surface of a base material plywood 4 via a medium density fiberboard 5, and the architectural board is a floor. It is used as a material. In this case, the presence of the medium-density fiberboard 5 on the back side of the wooden veneer 3 on the surface results in a flooring material with high surface strength and excellent impact resistance.

The architectural board according to the first aspect of the present invention is obtained by laminating a medium-density fiberboard on both sides of a synthetic resin sheet. Therefore, in this case, since the medium-density fiberboard is disposed on both the front and back sides, the strength is secured on both the front and back sides, and the impact resistance is excellent. In addition, the layer structure is symmetrical in the thickness direction, and since the synthetic resin sheet is interposed between the medium-density fiber boards on both sides, transfer of moisture between the medium-density fiber boards is prevented, so that warpage and expansion and contraction occur. Deformation is less likely to occur.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the architectural board according to the first aspect, wherein the synthetic resin sheet is made of a soft synthetic resin mixed with a plasticizer and cured by heating before lamination. It is characterized by having been done. Therefore, particularly in this case, the synthetic resin sheet interposed becomes soft, so that the shock resistance of the synthetic resin sheet improves the shock resistance, and the synthetic resin sheet becomes difficult to transmit sound, so that the sound insulating property is reduced. Will also be excellent. Further, in this case, if a plasticizer is mixed in order to obtain a soft synthetic resin, the plasticizer, which is a liquid, usually escapes from the synthetic resin sheet by evaporation after construction and the synthetic resin sheet shrinks. , Shrinkage deformation and warpage will occur, but the synthetic resin sheet is heat-cured before sticking and laminating, and a certain amount of plasticizer has been removed and it has been shrunk in advance. Is prevented from contracting and deforming.
