【発明の効果】本発明は、第1係合部と第2係合部とが

縁に係合させ、スピーカキャビネットの底面部に設けら
れた凹状の溝にシャフトを嵌合させ、第2係合部はサイ
ドゲートの上部縁に係合するように構成したので、スピ
ーカキャビネットは天井とシャフトによって挟み込むよ
うに固定され、リアトレイ以外の場所に簡単にスピーカ
キャビネットを取り付けることができる。
