Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform printing and coloring to wall material with a specific pigment for giving off colors at irradiating UV ray. SOLUTION: In prior art, wall material is printed or colored by various methods. In this device, the same method are employed in printing and coloring. At irradiating UV ray, such wall material is printed and colored for giving off colors. Hitherto, a printed or colored wall material has not been manufactured for the purpose of coloring at irradiating UV ray. In this device, wall material is printed or colored with a specific pigment. As a result, at the time of irradiating UV ray, the wall material gives off colors. Therefore, the wall material is manufactured in which pictures, patterns, characters come appear all at once by irradiating UV ray.
