Door panel (10) pressed against elevating glass (9) in 3)
And the outer molding body (1) mounted on the leather part (11) and the like are formed by an extruder using a thermoplastic elastomer such as a soft synthetic resin such as polyolefin resin and styrene resin. This is to prevent deformation. FIG. 3 shows an outer molding body (1) formed in the longitudinal direction by forming a vertical support piece (2) and a vertical support piece (2) on the side that contacts the elevating glass (9). A single or a plurality of glass pressure welding portions (3) are formed. The vertical support piece (2) shown in FIG. 2 has attachment portions (5) of various shapes formed on the door (13) and the leather portion (11) of the door panel (10). Further, a flocked portion (6) is planted in the glass pressure contact portion (3) on a part of the contact surface side at a required interval in the longitudinal direction. A mixed synthetic resin in which a low-viscosity, high-flow polyolefin-based resin is used as a base material and powder or particles of a high-viscosity, low-flow polyolefin-based resin are mixed with the base material adjacent to the flocking portion (6) in parallel. A thin protective film (7) provided with a roughened surface (8) is applied to the surface of (1). The thin protective film (7) has a rough surface portion (8) (8)...
Is formed. FIG. 5 shows a low-viscosity, high-flowability polyolefin-based resin as a base material on the entire surface of the contact surface of the glass pressing part (3) of the outer molding body (1) with the elevating glass (9). The thin protective film (7) having a rough surface portion (8) made of a mixed synthetic resin obtained by mixing powder or particles of a high-viscosity, low-flow polyolefin resin is applied to the thin protective film (7). , The flocked portions (6) are planted at predetermined intervals on a part of the surface in the longitudinal direction.

The low viscosity polyethylene is polymerized inside the mold die during extrusion molding, and the low viscosity polyethylene is compatible with the material of the glass welded part, so it is polymerized integrally. Is high and the fluidity is low, so that a rough surface portion with irregularities is formed on the surface.

る。As described above, according to the outer molding of the present invention, it is possible to solve the drawbacks of durability and abrasion, as in the case where only the conventional flocked portion is provided, and to replace the synthetic resin with the flocked portion. There is an excellent effect that the disadvantage that it is difficult to remove dust only from the thin protective film can be solved. And
In the glass pressure contact part in contact with the elevating glass, a flocked part is planted in the longitudinal direction in a part thereof, and a low-viscosity, high-flowability polyolefin resin is used as a base material adjacent to the flocked part in the longitudinal direction. By applying a thin protective film of a mixed synthetic resin obtained by mixing powder or particles of a high-viscosity, low-flow polyolefin resin, the advantages of both the flocking portion and the thin protective film can be effectively used. In addition, the effect of reliably removing dust adhering to the elevating glass by the flocked portion, and preventing the invasion of dust from between the elevating glass by the thin protective film portion even when the flocked portion is worn, This has the effect of making opening and closing operations lighter.
In addition, the unevenness of the surface of the thin protective film provides an effect of reducing frictional resistance during opening and closing of the elevating glass so that the elevating glass can be moved up and down lightly. Further, the thin protective film is applied to the entire surface of the glass pressure-welded portion that is pressed against the elevating glass, and the thin protective film is provided with a flocked portion provided at a predetermined interval in a part of the surface in the longitudinal direction. The advantages of both can be sufficiently achieved, and the thin protective film sufficiently plays a role even when the flocked portion is worn, and the opening / closing operation of the elevating glass is facilitated by the rough surface portion of the thin protective film.
