Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to facilitate the manufacture of a light-gauge structural sheet having light-weight and high rigidity by forming one of two metal sheets in a flat sheet and the other in a plate formed with many protrusions in high density, and connecting the flat plate to the ends of the protrusions of the plate formed with the protrusions. SOLUTION: The metal sheet 2 of a light-gauge structural sheet 1 is formed in a flat plate. Many protrusions 11 are formed in high density on the metal sheet 3 by pressing, and the ends of the protrusions 11 are connected to the sheet 2. The material of the metal sheet may be aluminum or its alloy, iron or its alloy or stainless steel, and is suitably incorporated with excellent ductility to be plastically processed by restricting. The connection may be any of welding such as spot welding, brazing or adhering by adhesive. The shape, size, disposition and density of the protrusions 11 are suitably decided in response to the strength and shape required in a range which makes it possible to be restricted. The ends of the protrusions are each formed in a shape having a flat part to increase the area of the connecting part.

In an aluminum honeycomb structure plate, an aluminum honeycomb core as a core material is sandwiched and joined by two flat metal plates. Therefore, it is well known that the honeycomb structure plate is a lightweight and high-rigidity structure plate because the unit cross section of the structure plate has an I-shape and a large number of this I-shape cross sections are formed at high density. However, the aluminum honeycomb structure sandwiched in the center of the structure plate is formed by stacking a large number of corrugated aluminum ribbons to form irregularities, and brazing or bonding with an adhesive to form a honeycomb shape.
There was a problem of poor productivity. Also, when processing an aluminum honeycomb structure plate into a curved surface shape, it is difficult to process the curved surface because the aluminum honeycomb structure plate has high rigidity. Therefore, in order to obtain the required curved surface shape, cut the aluminum honeycomb core of the core material. Alternatively, since it is necessary to form the core material itself according to the required curvature of the flat plate by inserting a gap core into the honeycomb core, there is a problem that the number of steps increases and the productivity is poor. . Due to these productivity problems, there is a problem that the price becomes high.

FIG. 1 shows a sectional structure of a lightweight structural plate 1 according to the present invention. In the lightweight structure plate 1, the metal plate 2 is a flat plate, a large number of protrusions 11 are formed on the metal plate 3 by press working, and the tip portions 12 of the protrusions 11 are joined to the metal plate 2. The material of the metal plate may be any of aluminum or its alloy, iron or its alloy, stainless steel and the like, but it is preferable that it has excellent ductility because it is plastically worked by drawing. The joining may be any of welding such as spot welding, brazing, and bonding with an adhesive. The shape, size, arrangement and density of the protrusions 11 may be appropriately determined according to the strength and shape required within the range where drawing can be performed. It is preferable that the tip end portion of the protrusion has a shape having a flat portion and that the area of the joint portion is large. Also, the protrusions are staggered evenly,
From the viewpoint of strength, it is desirable that the shape of the partial cross section of the structural plate be uniform in all parts of the structural plate. Protrusion 11
The formation may be either hot or cold working, and is appropriately selected depending on the required purpose.

FIG. 3 shows a case where the light-weight structural plate 1 is manufactured by welding, and the projection 31 for welding is formed on the tip of the projection 11 of the metal plate 3. The projection 31 for welding is the projection 1
It can be processed simultaneously when forming 1. Since the metal plate 2 and the metal plate 3 can be joined by the well-known projection welding by forming the welding projection 31, the welding can be performed without forming a welding mark on the surface of the metal plate 2.

In the lightweight structural plate of the present invention, the arrangement and density of the projections 11 forming the small cross section 21 can be easily changed. Therefore, the structure plate can be easily formed into a curved surface. FIG. 4 shows a lightweight structure plate 101 having a quadric surface shape. In the lightweight structure plate 101, the metal plate 102 is bent into a desired quadric surface shape, and the projection 11 is formed on the metal plate 103 in a separate process.
Then, the metal plate 102 and the tip of the projection 11 of the metal plate 103 having the projection are joined by bending the metal plate 102 so that the metal plate 102 can be joined to the quadric surface. It is preferable that the protrusions 11 of the metal plate 103 form protrusion lines on a straight line.
FIG. 5 shows a metal plate 103 having a protrusion 11 for forming a quadric surface shape. By arranging the protrusions 11 to be formed on a straight line, the gaps between the protrusion rows serve as bending margins,
A curved surface can be easily formed using a bending machine such as a press brake. When the curvature of the quadric surface shape to be formed is small, by changing the size of the projections to be formed like the projections 111 to 114 without bending the metal plate 103 as shown in FIG. It can easily be joined to a curved shape.

FIG. 7 shows a lightweight structure plate 20 having a cubic curved surface shape.
It is one. In the lightweight structure plate 201, the metal plate 202 is formed into a desired cubic curved surface shape, the protrusion 11 is formed on the metal plate 203 in a separate step, and processed into a shape that can be joined to match the cubic curved surface shape. The tip of the protrusion 11 of the metal plate 203 having the protrusion formed on the plate 202 is joined. It is preferable to form the protrusions 11 at intervals on the metal plate 203. FIG. 8 shows a metal plate 203 having protrusions 11 for forming a cubic curved surface shape. By arranging the protrusions 11 to be formed with a space, the gaps between the protrusions serve as bending margins, and a curved surface shape can be easily formed. When the curvature of the formed cubic curved surface is small, as shown in FIG.
By changing the size of the projections to be formed like the projections 211 to 215 without bending 03, it is possible to easily join the third curved surface shape.

In the lightweight structural plate of the present invention, the shape, size, arrangement and density of the projections 11 forming the small cross section 21 can be easily changed. Therefore, it is possible to easily carry out corrugation and reinforce in a fixed direction. 10 and 11 show a lightweight structure plate that has been subjected to corrugated processing. Lightweight structural plate 3 of FIG.
In 01, the metal plate 302 is corrugated 310, the protrusion 11 is formed on the metal plate 303 in a separate step, and the bent portion 320 is formed in a shape that can be joined in conformity with the shape of the corrugated 310. The tip of the protrusion 11 of the metal plate 303 having the protrusion is joined. Protrusion 11
May be arranged in a staggered manner so as to form a uniform cross section in the portion that is joined to the flat surface of the metal plate 302, and may be arranged in a straight line in the portion that is joined to the corrugated portion 310 to facilitate bending. It is suitable. In the lightweight structure plate 401 of FIG. 11, corrugated 41 on the metal plate 402.
0 is applied, and a protrusion is formed on the metal plate 403 in a separate step. Regarding the arrangement of the protrusions, the protrusions 11 are alternately arranged so that the structural plate forms a uniform cross-section at the portion joined to the flat portion of the metal plate 401, and the corrugated portion 410 is joined at the portion joined to the corrugated portion 410. The protrusions 411 whose height dimensions are changed so that they can be joined to each other in conformity with the shape of the metal plate 402 and the metal plate 40 on which the protrusions are formed are arranged on a straight line.
The tip portions of the protrusion 11 and the protrusion 411 of No. 3 are joined. FIG.
The protrusions to be joined to the corrugated part 410 can be formed in a staggered manner as the protrusions 511 as shown in FIG. Any structure can be freely selected depending on the required strength.
