Moreover, since the induction heating coil is supported by the disk-shaped coil base, heat dissipation of the induction heating coil is poor. Further, since the coil base is disc-shaped, it requires a large amount of material, and the manufacturing cost is high.

Therefore, by any winding method,
There is a problem that the manufacturing cost of the induction heating coil is high.
In view of such a problem, the present invention does not require positioning of the wound coil on the coil base, and the heat dissipation of the coil is good, the material of the coil base is small, and the manufacturing cost of the coil can be reduced. The purpose is to provide a method.

A winding jig having a spiral conductor groove centered on a rotation axis, a coil support having a coil support part fitted in the radial groove, and a coil base having a conductor groove having the same pitch as the conductor groove on the upper surface. After fitting the coil supporting portion of the coil base in the radial groove by using, the coil base is rotated together with the winding jig so as to straddle the conductor groove of the winding jig and the conductor groove of the coil base. Characterized in that the conductor is fitted in the circumferential direction to form a spiral coil, and after the winding of the conductor is completed, the coil base is detached from the disc to obtain the coil supported by the coil supporting portion. .

The conductor groove formed in the support portion is connected to form a spiral conductor groove. The coil base is rotated together with the winding jig, and the conductor to be wound is fitted into the spirally continuous conductor groove along the circumferential direction. After the winding of the conductor is completed, the rotation is stopped and the coil base is removed from the winding jig, so that the coil supported by the coil supporting portion is obtained. Thereby, the winding of the conductor and the positioning of the coil can be performed at the same time. Further, the coil can be supported only by the coil supporting portion, the material cost of the coil base can be reduced, and the heat dissipation of the coil can be promoted between the coil supporting portions.

The conductor hole 2b of the above is opposed to the conductor insertion hole 6a of the winding jig 5,
The shaft hole 2a is fitted in the rotary shaft 7, the rotary shaft 7 is guided and the coil base 1 is lowered, and the coil support portions 3, 3, 3 ... Are radiated into the radial grooves 8, 8, 8 of the winding jig 5. The metal plate parts 6b, 6
b, 6b ... Are fitted into the fan-shaped openings A, A, A ..., respectively.
As a result, the winding jig 5 and the coil base 1 are superposed, and the conductor grooves 3a and 6c are connected to each other to form one spiral conductor groove.

Then, the conductor W guided to the upper surface of the metal disk 6 is fitted into the innermost conductor groove 3a or 6c, and the conductor W is pressed into the conductor groove by a roller (not shown) by an appropriate method. Subsequently, a rotation driving unit (not shown) is driven to rotate the metal disk 6 in the arrow direction as shown in FIG. 2 so that the conductor W is alternately repeated along the circumferential direction in the conductor grooves 3a and 6c. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the conductor W is pushed into the conductor groove by a roller and fitted therein.

Then, the conductor is sequentially wound from the inner peripheral side, and the coil is formed a predetermined number of times. When the number of turns reaches a predetermined number, the rotation of the metal disk 6 is stopped, and then the thumbscrew 10a of the conductor fixing portion 10 is operated to remove the tip of the conductor from the conductor fixing portion 10. Also, after cutting the conductor W at a position where the wound conductor extends from the coil base 1 by a predetermined length, when the coil base 1 is lifted and removed from the metal disk 6, the tip of the conductor comes out from the conductor insertion hole 6a. Thus, as shown in FIG. 3, an induction heating coil wound around and supported by the coil base 1 is obtained.

できる。In this way, the winding of the conductor and the positioning of the coil proceed at the same time without the need for the troublesome work of positioning the wound coil, and the induction heating coil is obtained, and the manufacturing cost of the induction heating coil is reduced. Can be planned. Further, since the coil base is formed by including the coil support portion, the inner peripheral plate, and the outer peripheral plate that are radially arranged, the material of the coil base is small, and the cost can be reduced by this. Furthermore, since the openings are provided between the coil support portions, the conductor can be radiated well, and the temperature rise of the induction heating coil can be suppressed.

In addition, the material of the coil base is small, which also reduces the manufacturing cost. Further, since the coil base has an opening, it has an excellent effect such that the heat dissipation of the coil is promoted and the temperature rise of the coil can be suppressed.

方法。1. A winding having a rotary shaft attached to the center thereof, radial grooves extending radially from the rotary shaft, and spiral conductor grooves centering on the rotary shaft between the radial grooves. A jig and a coil base having a coil supporting portion which fits in the radial groove and a conductor groove having the same pitch as the conductor groove on the upper surface are used, and the coil supporting portion of the coil base is fitted in the radial groove. Then, the coil base is rotated together with the winding jig, and the conductor is fitted in the circumferential direction across the conductor groove of the winding jig and the conductor groove of the coil base to form a spiral coil. And after completing the winding of the conductor,
A coil winding method, characterized in that a coil supported by the coil supporting portion is obtained by removing the coil base from the disk.
