Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a medical threaded needle guide, and more particularly to a needle for ligating or suturing a thread attached to a predetermined position on a mating surface when a pair of jaws are closed. Then, with the jaw closed, insert it into a deep part or narrow part in the body, then open the jaw and raise the needle on one jaw to guide the needle to the ligation part or the suture part, and further The present invention relates to a threaded needle guide tool configured to ligate or suture by passing a needle from one jaw to the other jaw by closing.

For ligating or suturing an incision site of a blood vessel, a suture needle to which a thread is attached is grasped and operated with a needle device or a ligature suture guiding tool to pass the thread between tissues or into the tissue,
It is performed by pulling out the thread that has passed through the tissue to the practitioner side and tying it.

Will be done. Therefore, when the site to be ligated or the site to be sutured is deep inside the body, it is difficult for the practitioner to operate, and a ligature or suture tool that can be quickly and reliably performed with one hand is used. Development is required.

To be done. For this reason, the complexity of the operation cannot be eliminated when performing ligation at an extremely narrow site, and the development of a device that can be ligated by a simpler operation is desired.

No. 4947). However, even this technique is not perfect yet, for example, when a threaded needle is attached to the threading device, the needle is in a substantially upright state, and thus the threading device is slightly opened when performing ligation or suturing. Therefore, it is necessary to reach a ligation site or a suture site at a deep position in the body, and there is a problem that workability is difficult.
