Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポンプヘッド内に収容されかつ搬送媒体によって制御されるリード弁を備 えたポンプであって、前記リード弁が、閉鎖位置でポンプヘッドの弁シール面に 接触しかつ開放位置で弁開放運動のために弁ヘッドの凹所内で変位するようにな っており、更にリード弁が、ゴム又はゴム状材料から成る単数又は複数の弁ディ スクを有していて、この単数又は複数の弁ディスク内に、特に部分円環状の切欠 きによって制限された弁舌片が設けられていて、この弁舌片が、ウエブ等を介し てその他の弁ディスク部分に枢着されており、弁を取り囲む領域で弁ディスクが それぞれポンプヘッド部分の間に緊締されている形式のものにおいて、弁舌片( 14)とウエブ(17)と外側の緊締領域(18)との間の結合範囲に、弁舌片 とは反対側でウエブに隣接して、弁ディスク(15)の少なくとも1つの切除部 (19)又は中断部が設けられており、弁舌片とウエブと外側の緊締領域との間 の結合ラインの方向でみて切除部(19)の幅(b)が、少なくとも、外側の緊 締領域から生ぜしめられる材料押し退け量に、等しく設計されていることを特徴 とする、ポンプ。 2.弁舌片(14)及びウエブ(17)の延長部内で弁ディスク(15)内に 設けられた切除部(19)が、側方に有利には対称的に、ウエブの直接的な投影 延長部を越えて突出している、請求項1記載のポンプ。 3.切除部(19)がスリットとして構成されていて、該スリットが、有利に は円弧状に、ウエブ(17)に対して間隔をおいてしかも弁舌片(14)に対し て同心的に、配置されている、請求項1又は2記載のポンプ。 4.切除部(19)の長さが、ウエブ幅(s)のほぼ2倍乃至ほぼ8倍、有利 には5倍に等しい範囲に亘って延びている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項 記載のポンプ。 5.ウエブ(17)からの切除部(19)の間隔が、ウエブ幅(s)のほぼ0 .5倍乃至2倍に等しい、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のポンプ。
