Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.高弾力性繊維によって補強された合成樹脂マトリックスから実質的に成 る積層部材において、 (a)数種の合成樹脂繊維予備成形体からこれを一緒に高温プレスし、硬化さ せて製造し得る曲げEモジュラスが10,000〜40,000MPaの積層区 域、 (b)該積層部材の少なくとも二つの相対する縁に配置され、該積層部材の相 対する縁に表面の所で接合されている軟らかい弾力性材料からつくられた連結片 、および (c)該積層部材の片側にある装飾用の被覆層を含むことを特徴とする積層部 材。 2.積層部材の縁は該連結片の方へ向かい階段状をなすようにつくられてい ることを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の積層部材。 3.軟らかい弾力性材料は耐焔性のゴムから成っていることを特徴とする請 求の範囲1または2に記載の積層部材。 4.該積層部材を製造する際、縁の部分の軟らかい弾力性材料を交叉結合し ない状態で取り付け、合成樹脂繊維予備成形体を高温プレスすることによりこの 軟らかい弾力性材料を縁に接合し同時に交叉結合させることを特徴とする請求の 範囲1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の積層部材。 5.合成樹脂マトリックスは耐久性をもった合成樹脂、好ましくはフェノー ル樹脂からつくられることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜4のいずれか1つに記載 の積層部材。 6.合成樹脂マトリックスは変性された合成樹脂を含んでいることを特徴と する請求の範囲1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の積層部材。 7.高弾力性繊維は実質的にガラス繊維から成ることを特徴とする請求の範 囲1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の積層部材。
