Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.微粒子物質を1回の服用量ずつ投与するための装置において、該装置は、 マウスピースを備えているハウジングであって、該マウスピースは前記ハウジン グ内の空気通路を介して空気取入口と連絡しているハウジングと、前記ハウジン グ内に収められる円筒形の容器であって、該容器は多数の区画を有し、前記の各 区画はそれぞれ1回の服用量の微粒子物質を収めている円筒形の容器と、そして 前記薬剤を1回の前記服用量ずつ前記区画から放出させるために1連の前記区画 を前記空気通路に合わせるように、前記容器を前記空気通路に対して移動させる ための作動手段とを含む、微粒子物質を1回の服用量ずつ投与するための装置。 2.前記空気通路の一部が前記容器内における軸方向の通路にそって延びてい る、特許請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 3.前記空気通路の前記一部は前記容器の長軸の少なくとも一部にそって延び ている、特許請求の範囲第2項記載の装置。 4.前記容器の前記軸とほぼ同軸になっているらせん経路を形成するように、 前記区画は互いに対してあ る角度をなし、かつ軸方向に間隔をおいて配置されている、前記請求項のいずれ か1項に記載の装置。 5.前記容器は多数の半径方向の孔を有する管状の本体を含み、該孔の各々は それぞれの区画を構成する、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 6.前記容器には、前記ハウジング内において相対的に回転可能な同軸の内側 の管と外側の管と、2つの前記管の間でらせん状に延びている空間を区画するら せん状に延びている棚であって、前記空間はらせん状の経路にある複数のポケッ トを区画するために仕切られており、そして前記ポケットの各々はそれぞれ1回 の服用量の粉末薬剤を収めている棚と、そして前記の内側の管と前記の外側の管 の壁にある通気のための孔であって、空気通路に配置されている孔と、が含まれ る特許請求の範囲第4項記載の装置。 7.本装置は対応する多数の前記区画内にそれぞれ1回の服用量の物質を保持 するための密封手段を含む、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 8.前記密封手段は前記区画を覆う1枚以上の薄膜から成り、本装置は選択さ れた区画から粉末物質を投与できるように前記薄膜を破るための破砕手段を含む 、特許請求の範囲第7項記載の装置。 9.作動手段は手動で作動可能な共通の作動部材を有し、前記作動手段とシー ルを破るためのせん孔手段 との双方を該作動部材の運動によって動作させる、特許請求の範囲第8項記載の 装置。 10.前記作動部材は前記ハウジングの回転部分から成る、特許請求の範囲第 8項または第9項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 11.前記作動手段は位置合わせ行程と復帰行程とを有し、そして前記復帰行 程の間は位置合わせ動作なしに前記作動手段を前記容器に対して相対的に回転さ せることができるようにラチェット歯止め手段が挿入されている、特許請求の範 囲第9項または第10項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 12.前記ハウジングの一部の他の部分に対する回転の許容範囲は停止手段に よって制限される、特許請求の範囲第10項記載の装置。 13.前記位置合わせ行程の長さは、粉末薬剤を収めている複数の前記区画間 の間隔に相当し、複数の前記区両は前記のらせん状の経路の周囲に互いに隣接し て連続的に配置されている、特許請求の範囲第11項または第12項のいずれか 1項に記載の装置。 14.前記マウスピースは前記ハウジングの固定部分の端末上の取付部品を構 成する、特許請求の範囲第10項から第13項までのいずれか1項に記載の装置 。 15.前記取付部品には空気取入口も備えられている、特許請求の範囲第14 項記載の装置。 16.前記容器は本装置のための交換カートリッジを構成し、前記ハウジング の前記回転部分は取り除き可能なカバーを構成し、該カバーは嵌め込まれている とき、位置合わせを可能にするために前記カートリッジに回転するようにかぶせ られているが、前記カバーが取り外されれば、使用済みのカートリッジを取り外 しそして新しいカートリッジと交換することができる、特許請求の範囲第10項 から第15項までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。 17.前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の装置から成る吸入器のための交換カ ートリッジにおいて、該カートリッジはらせん状の経路に配置されている多数の 分離区画を有する円筒形の容器であり、前記区画の各々は粉末薬剤の処方された 1回の服用量を収めている前記容器と、そして該カートリッジが収納された吸入 器に設けられた外部の回転駆動装置に前記容器を連結するための連結手段とを備 えた、吸入器のための交換カートリッジ。
