Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1、缶本体に接合されたときに、缶内面に面する第一主表面と、その反対側で缶 外面に面する第二主表面とを含む、通常、円形に絞り成形された端部部材から成 り、 該端部部材はMi−P−Meタイプの薄層状構造を有し、ここでMiおよびM eは、それぞれ内側及び外側の金属箔層であり、各金属箔層は約25から約10 0ミクロンの厚さを有し、Pは約80から約300ミクロンの厚さを有する中央 重合物層であり、 該端部部材は、さらに、上記第一主表面に配置された第一切り込み線と上記第 二主表面に配置された第二切り込み線とによって定められる開口板を含み、該第 一切り込み線は金属層Miおよび重合物層Pの厚みの減少した領域を限定し、該 第二切り込み線は金属層Meおよび重合物層Pの厚みの減少した領域を限定し、 上記第一および第二の切り込み線は、各金属層の外側に面する表面にそれぞれ 深さ寸法、P、および幅寸法、 、を有し、各寸法は次式によって定まり、 2/3em < P < em + ep ここで、emは金属層厚さ、epは重合物層厚さを示す; 1/2P < l < 2P 上記第一切り込み線および第二の切り込み線間の中央線間隔、d、は、約10 0μmから約1000μmであり、 上記開口板は移動可能であって、上記第一および第二の切り込み線に沿った点 で上記端部部材に穿孔することによって上記端部部材の開口部分の境界を定め、 その後に、少なくとも、上記開口板の一部を上記端部部材の残りの部分から切り はなすことによって上記開口部分の境界を定めることを特徴とする簡易開口缶端 部。 2、上記第一および第二切り込み線が、それぞれ、通常、3面のくさび形形状を 有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の簡易開口缶端部。 3、上記第一切り込み線が上記第二切り込み線より内部に配置されていることを 特徴とする請求項1記載の簡易開口缶端部。 4、上記第一切り込み線が上記第二切り込み線より外部に配置されていることを 特徴とする請求項1記載の簡易開口缶端部。 5、上記第二切り込み線の第一部分が上記第一切り込み線の内部に配置され、上 記第二切り込み線の第二部分が上記第一切り込み線の外部に配置されていること を特徴とする請求項1記載の簡易開口缶端部。 6、さらに、穿孔、および開口部分の境界を定める上記開口板の切離しを容易に する、上記開口板に連結する手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の簡易 開口缶端部。 7、さらに、上記層状構造物の上記重合物層Pおよび各金属箔層Mi、Meの間 に配置して、接着剤層を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の簡易開口缶端部 。 8、上記接着剤層は、約10μmまでの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1 記載の簡易開口缶端部。 9、上記金属箔層MiおよびMeは、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、鋼、錫 めっき鋼、およびクロム被覆鋼のうちから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1 記載の簡易開口缶端部。 10、上記金属箔層MiおよびMeが、同じ物質であることを特徴とする請求項 1記載の簡易開口缶端部。 11、上記金属箔層MiおよびMeが、異なる物質であることを特徴とする請求 項1記載の簡易開口缶端部。 12、重合物層Pが、単一の重合物層であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の簡 易開口缶端部。 13、上記重合物層Pは、ポリプロピレン、低密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエ チレン、ポリエステル、およびポリアミドのうちから選択されることを特徴とす る請求項1記載の簡易開口缶端部。 14、上記重合物層Pは、非強化性充填剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載 の簡易開口缶端部。 15、上記重合物層Pは、複数の重合物層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載 の簡易開口缶端部。 16、上記重合物層Pは、共存性の低い異なる二種類の重合物層を含むことを特 徴とする請求項15記載の簡易開口缶端部。 17、上記重合物層Pのひとつの重合物層は低凝集力を有し、重合物層Pの剪断 強度を減少させ、切取りを容易にすることを特徴とする請求項15記載の簡易開 口缶端部。 18、開口、切取りが重合物層P内で生じるように、上記重合物層Pの剪断強度 は、各Mi−P、Me−P面間の剪断強度よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項 1記載の簡易開口缶端部。 19、開口、切取りがMi−P、Me−P面間で生じるように、上記重合物層P の剪断強度は、各Mi−P、Me−P面間の剪断強度よりも大きいことを特徴と する請求項1記載の簡易開口缶端部。 20、第一および第二切り込み線の中心線間隔、d、が、開口を起こそうとする 穿孔位置において減少することを特徴とする請求項1記載の簡易開口缶端部。
