Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.断熱層及び水密シームを有する柔軟で液体不透過性の積層材シートを折り畳 むことで形成される外部パウチと、水密シームを有する耐熱・耐久・液体不透過 性塑性シート材を折り畳むことで形成され、前記外方パウチ内に大部分が内包さ れる食品用パウチと、前記外方パウチと前記食品用パウチの間のスペース底部で 密閉され、溶剤により活性化される発熱性反応剤を含む発熱性パックと、トリガ ー機構手段に取り付けられ、前記トリガー手段と共に前記外方断熱パウチと前記 食品用パウチの間の前記スペースで密閉される溶剤袋と、前記溶剤袋を引き裂き 、放出した溶剤を前記発熱性パックと接触することで密閉された食品を加熱する 発熱反応を開始するための前記トリガー機構手段とからなる単体型の自己発熱式 食品用容器。 2.前記トリガー機構手段は、硬質の厚紙材から形成され、前記スペースに嵌装 するのに充分な寸法を有する厚紙と、前記厚紙に一端が取り付けられ、前記溶剤 袋の中央及び長さ方向を横切るループを描き、さらに前記外方パウチの開口部か ら取り出された部分を引っ張る際に前記溶剤袋は引き裂かれ、前記溶剤を放出す るように設けられた引張紐とからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自己発熱 式食品用容器。 3.前記トリガー機構手段は、硬質の厚紙材から形成され、前記スペースに嵌装 するのに充分な寸法を有する厚紙と、前記溶剤袋の貫通孔を被覆する接着パッド に一端が取り付けられ、他端は前記外方パウチの開口部から取り出され、この他 端を引っ張る際に前記前記接着パッドは剥れ、前記溶剤を放出するように設けら れた引張紐と からなる請求項1記載の自己発熱式食品用容器。 4.前記トリガー機構手段は、硬質の厚紙材から形成され、前記スペースに嵌装 するのに充分な寸法を有する厚紙と、液体不透過性の開裂自在シート材から形成 され、前記厚紙に対して押圧される際に開裂するように前記厚紙に取付けられる 前記溶剤袋とからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自己発熱式食品用容器。 5.前記発熱性パックは、発熱性パッドと、前記発熱性パッドを包む吸収材シー トである吸収性袋体とからなることを特徴とする請求項2記載の自己発熱式食品 用容器。 6.前記発熱性パックは、発熱粉と、前記発熱粉を密封する吸収性袋体とからな ることを特徴とする請求項2記載の自己発熱式食品用容器。 7.前記発熱性パックは、発熱性パッドと、前記発熱性パッドを包む吸収材シー トである吸収性袋体とからなることを特徴とする請求項3記載の自己発熱式食品 用容器。 8.前記発熱性パックは、発熱粉と、前記発熱粉を密封する吸収性袋体とからな ることを特徴とする請求項3記載の自己発熱式食品用容器。 9.前記発熱性パックは、発熱性パッドと、前記発熱性パッドを包む吸収材シー トである吸収性袋体とからなることを特徴とする請求項4記載の自己発熱式食品 用容器。 10.前記発熱性パックは、発熱粉と、前記発熱粉を密封する吸収性袋体とから なることを特徴とする請求項4記載の自己発熱式食品用容器。 11.前記食品用パウチがプラスチックジッパーを有していることを特徴とする 請求項5記載の自己発熱式食品用容器。 12.前記食品用パウチは注ぎ口及びキャップを有することを特徴とする請求項 5記載の自己発熱式食品用容器。 13.前記食品用パウチは密封されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の自己発熱 式食品用容器。 14.前記食品用パウチはプラスチックジッパーを有することを特徴とする請求 項6記載の自己発熱式食品用容器。 15.前記食品用パウチは注ぎ口及びキャップを有することを特徴とする請求項 6記載の自己発熱式食品用容器。 16.前記食品用パウチは密封されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の自己発熱 式食品用容器。 17.前記食品用パウチはプラスチックジッパーを有することを特徴とする請求 項7記載の自己発熱式食品用容器。 18.前記食品用パウチは注ぎ口及びキャップを有することを特徴とする請求項 7記載の自己発熱式食品用容器。 19.前記食品用パウチは密封されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の自己発熱 式食品用容器。 20.前記食品用パウチはプラスチックジッパーを有することを特徴とする請求 項8記載の自己発熱式食品用容器。 21.前記食品用パウチは注ぎ口及びキャップを有することを特徴とする請求項 8記載の自己発熱式食品用容器。 22.前記食品用パウチは密封されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の自己発熱 式食品用容器。 23.前記食品用パウチはプラスチックジッパーを有することを特徴とする請求 項9記載の自己発熱式食品用容器。 24.前記食品用パウチは注ぎ口及びキャップを有することを特徴とする請求項 9記載の自己発熱式食品用容器。 25.前記食品用容器は密封されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の自己発熱式 食品用容器。 26.前記食品用パウチはプラスチックジッパーを有することを特徴とする請求 項10記載の自己発熱式食品用容器。 27.前記食品用パウチは注ぎ口及びキャップを有することを特徴とする請求項 10記載の自己発熱式食品用容器。 28.前記食品用容パウチは密封されることを特徴とする請求項10記載の自己 発熱式食品用容器。
