Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.真っすぐな縁及び前記真っすぐな縁と平行でかつこれの近くの軸線まわりで 回転できるように弁板を取り付けるための手段を有する実質的にD字形の弁板要 素 を備え、 前記弁板は補強された中央部分と中央部分から伸びている補強されない端部部 分とを有し、これにより前記弁板に背圧が作用したとき、前記補強が前記D字形 弁板要素の曲がりを限定し、そして前記弁板は弁板の端部部分が弁座との気密接 触を維持し又は改良できるように歪む 2重弁板形逆止弁用の金属弁板。 2.鋳造又は鍛造された請求項1による金属弁板。 3.前記中央部分が厚さを予め決められた厚さから局部的に増加されることによ り補強される前記予め決められた厚さを有する請求項1又は2による弁板。 4.前記中央部分が前記弁板の片側又は両側に隆起部分を備える先行請求項のい ずれかによる弁板。 5.前記中央部分がドーム状にされた部分を備える先行請求項のいずれかによる 弁板。 6.前記補強が多数の隆起したリブである請求項1ないし4のいずれかによる弁 板。 7.前記弁板の慣性中心又はその近傍に停止要素を備える先行請求項のいずれか による弁板。 8.弁座及び先行請求項のいずれかによる1対の弁板を備えた逆止弁。 9.弁本体; 環状の弁座要素と 直径方向の横断要素とを有し、 前記環状の弁座要素と前記直径方向の横断要素とは1対の実質的にD字形 の開口を定める 上流側と下流側とを有する弁座; 前記弁座の下流側において前記弁座の前記直径方向横断要素と平行に配置さ れた直径方向のヒンジピン; 前記直径方向のヒンジピンに回転可能に連結されかつ上流側と下流側とを有 する1対の実質的にD字形の弁板 を備え、 前記弁板は弁開口位置と弁閉鎖位置との間で旋回可能であり; 各D字形弁板部材は補強された中央部分とこの中央部分から伸びている補強 されない端部部分とを有し; これにより前記弁板に背圧が作用したとき、前記補強が前記D字形弁板要素 の曲がりを限定し、かつ前記弁板は前記弁板の端部部分が前記弁座との気密接触 を維持できるように歪む 逆止弁。 10.前記D字形弁板要素の各が予め定められた厚さを有し、前記補強は前記予 め定められた厚さからの前記弁板の局部的に大きくされた厚さを有する請求項9 による逆止弁。 11.前記対の弁板の各が前記弁板の下流側に突き出したマウンドを備える請求 項9又は10による逆止弁。 12.前記弁板の各がその下流側のマウンドの反対側のその上流側にリリーフを 備える請求項11による逆止弁。 13.前記弁板の各が前記マウンドの頂部に設けられた実質的に平らなプラトウ を有する停止要素を更に備える請求項11又は12による逆止弁。 14.前記補強が多数の隆起リブよりなる請求項9又は請求項10による逆止弁 。 15.弁閉鎖位置において、前記弁座シール面と前記弁板とが金属対金属の座り により気密に組み合う請求項9ないし14のいずれかによる逆止弁。 16.300クラス及びANSI定格圧力(PN50)又はそれ以上の請求項9 ないし14のいずれかによる逆止弁。 17.請求項8ないし16のいずれかによる少なくも1個の逆止弁を備えた高圧 流体管路組立体。 18.請求項8ないし16のいずれかによる少なくも1個の逆止弁を備えた冷凍 用流体管路組立体。 19.請求項8ないし16のいずれかによる少なくも1個の逆止弁を備えた高温 流体用流体管路組立体。
