Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.両用アクセスポートを有する非経口液剤容器において、 患者に投与する非経口液剤を充填した容器本体と、 前記容器本体の外部に開口する端部を画定するほぼ円筒状の周囲壁部および前 記端部を貫通する軸方向流路を備えており、前記軸方向流路が容器本体内の液剤 と流体的に連絡するように前記容器本体と結合されたアクセスポート部材と、 前記開口端部を当初封止するために前記アクセスポート部材の前記開口端部に 取外し可能に取り付けられた手段とを備えており、 前記封止手段はほぼ円筒状のゴム製本体と近位端部と遠位端部とを有するゴム 製再封止部材を有し、前記再封止部材は、先が丸い関連カニューレまたは先鋭な 針を前記ゴム製本体に貫通させることができるようにする端部をほぼ前記壁部の 開口端部に有し、前記再封止部材は、前記容器への液剤の補充のために先の丸い カニューレまたは先鋭な針の貫通に対して前記円筒状ゴム製本体のその他の領域 よりも相対的に低い抵抗を示すところの前記円筒状ゴム製本体の前記端部の一領 域を画定する手段 を備え、前記封止手段を前記アクセスポート部材から取り去り、関連穿孔ピンを 挿入して前記容器内の液剤を投与することができる非経口液剤容器。 2.先の丸いカニューレまたは先鋭な針の貫通に対して前記円筒状ゴム製本体の その他の領域よりも相対的に低い抵抗を示すところの前記円筒状ゴム製本体の前 記端部の一領域を画定する手段が、軸方向に延びるスリットを少なくとも一つ備 えている請求の範囲第1項に記載の両用アクセスポートを有する非経口液剤容器 。 3.前記アクセスポート部材をさらに封止するために前記封止手段、前記再封止 部材の近位端部をほぼ覆う薄い円板をさらに備えている請求の範囲第2項に記載 の両用アクセスポートを有する非経口液剤容器。 4.前記封止手段が、前記再封止部材を前記アクセスポートに取外し可能に固定 する成形オーバーシール手段を備えており、前記オーバーシール手段が前記再封 止近位端部の端をほぼ収容し、前記オーバーシール手段が前記再封止部材から取 外し可能である請求の範囲第1項に記載の両用アクセスポートを有する非経口液 剤容器。 5.前記オーバーシール手段が再封止部材からオーバーシール手段を除去するた めに破り取ってよい弱い領域を含んでいる請求の範囲第4項に記載の両用アクセ スポートを有する非経口液剤容器。 6.前記再封止部材の前記遠位端部が前記周囲壁部内部に配置されている請求の 範囲第1項に記載の両用アクセスポートを有する非経口液剤容器。 7.前記再封止部材の前記円筒状ゴム製本体が前記周囲壁部をほぼ収容している 請求の範囲第1項に記載の両用アクセスポートを有する非経口液剤容器。 8.前記アクセスポート部材が、前記周囲壁と一体の前記軸方向流路を横切って 延びる薄くて可撓性をもつ穿孔可能な膜を備えており、前記膜が前記先が丸い関 連カニューレ、先鋭な針、または前記関連穿孔ピンにより穿孔可能である請求の 範囲第1項に記載の両用アクセスポートを有する非経口液剤容器。 9.患者に投与する非経口液剤を充填した容器本体と、 前記容器本体の外部に開口する端部を画定するほぼ円筒状の周囲壁部および前 記端部を貫通する軸方向流路を備えており、前記軸方向流路が容器本体内の液剤 と流体的に連絡するように 前記容器本体と結合されたアクセスポート部材と、 前記開口端部を当初封止するために前記アクセスポート部材の前記開口端部に 摩擦力を利用して取り付けられた、ゴム製再封止部材及び薄い円板を含む封止手 段とを備えており、 前記再封止部材が、ほぼ円筒状のゴム製本体と、近位端部および遠位端部と、 一般に前記壁部の開口端部に位置し、先が丸い関連カニューレまたは先鋭な針を 前記ゴム製本体に貫通させることができるようにする端部と、前記容器への液剤 の補充を目的とする先の丸いカニューレまたは先鋭な針の貫通に対して前記円筒 状ゴム製本体のその他の領域よりも相対的に低い抵抗を示すところの前記円筒状 ゴム製本体の前記端部の一領域を画定する手段とを有しており、 前記円板が、前記アクセスポート部材をさらに封止するために前記再封止部材 の近位端部を覆っており、 さらに、流体を容器内の液剤に添加するために、前記円板および前記円筒状ゴ ム製本体に挿入可能な先が丸いカニューレまたは先鋭な針と、 前記容器内の液剤を投与するために前記封止手段を前記壁部から除去したあと に前記壁部に挿入可能な穿孔ピン手段とを備 えている注入システム。 10.前記封止手段がさらに、前記再封止部材を前記アクセスポートに取外し可 能に固定する成形オーバーシール手段を含み、前記オーバーシール手段が前記再 封止手段をほぼ収容し、前記オーバーシール手段が前記再封止部材から取外し可 能である請求の範囲第9項に記載の注入システム。
