There were some that used heating elements. When using a warming body warmer, it was difficult to heat the whole body evenly because it became hot only near the body warmer.
Furthermore, the heat generation time was limited, and the heat generation temperature could not be adjusted. Even when a heating element such as a copper wire or a PTC heating element is used, it lacks flexibility as a whole and has a structural thickness,
Not only was weight a great obstacle, but it was difficult to heat the entire body as well as the use of Cairo. Therefore, a heating element capable of setting a heating temperature and having a long duration is required, and a heating element that is flexible, lightweight and has no danger of disconnection or the like is required as a whole structure.

きる。(Means for Solving the Problem) In order to solve various problems such as uniformly heating the whole body, reducing the weight of the whole body, and having flexibility, the PTC, which is a heating element used up to now, is used.
All of these problems have been solved by using a PTC sheet heating element instead of the heating element or body warmer. The PTC sheet heating element can be printed directly on the bib fabric instead of the copper wire and nichrome wire that have been used up to now. By changing it, it is possible to heat all parts evenly. Furthermore, since the temperature can be set freely, it is ideal for keeping the human body warm, and it is possible to fabricate a very flexible pad as a whole. The main constituent materials of the PTC sheet heating element here are conductive elements, polyester films, etc. as insulating films such as conductive resin, special semiconductors, etc. as conductive elements, conductive copper foil as electrodes, conductive printing, brass etc. as terminals. Is used. The heating pad using this PTC sheet heating element can be made into any desired final shape such as a heating vest, waistcoat, shoulder pad, back pad, waist pad, abdominal pad. It is possible to make a highly versatile underwear number for heating. As the power source for the heating element, any power source such as household power source, battery, car battery, and battery can be used.
