(57) [PROBLEMS] To provide a wrap film storage box which is easy to use, because an end of an unused film is not pulled back into the box. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin having a smooth surface that can be adhered to a wrap film is provided on a film guide plate (10) that guides a wrap film (21) drawn from a film roll toward a cutter (41). It is characterized in that the flexible strip-shaped thin plate (4) is attached so as to be bendable so that the central portion thereof rises above the film guide plate (10). [Effect] Since the end of the unused wrap film after cutting with the cutter does not adhere to the surface of the strip-shaped thin plate (4) and is not drawn into the box body, the end can be easily grasped during the next use. Can be taken.

Description of the Related Art In a conventional wrapping film storage box, after cutting a film having a required length, an end of an unused film is pulled back into the box, and the end is taken out when the film is next used. Was troublesome and inconvenient. That is, when the edges of the unused film adhere to the surface of the film roll, it is not only difficult to find the edges of the film, but the film also contains a substance for improving the adhesion between the films. Since the film had no edge, the edge of the film could not be easily peeled off from the roll, and it was torn or torn, which was very troublesome. In particular, in a winding body in which a long wrap film having a length of 100 m or more is wound around the winding core, the inertia of the winding body is large, and therefore, when the box is moved, the end of the unused film may be pulled back to the winding body side. Many were inconvenient.

とするものである。As shown in FIG. 1, a wrap film storage box according to the present invention stores a wrap film roll in a box body 3 and pulls out a wrap film 21 pulled out by a required length.
It is similar to a normal wrap film storage box in that it is cut by a cutter 41 provided at the opening and used. However, in the present invention, on the film guide plate 10 that guides the film 21 pulled out from the film roll toward the cutter 41, a flexible synthetic resin made of a synthetic resin having a smooth surface that can adhere to the wrap film is provided. The strip-shaped thin plate 4 is provided with the film guide plate 1 at the center thereof.
It is characterized in that it is attached so that it can be bent so as to float from 0.

And 52 are inserted into the fastening holes 11 and 12 opened on both sides of the film guide plate 10, respectively, so that the central portion of the strip-shaped thin plate 4 is loosely attached while being lifted from the film guide plate 10 when no external force is applied. . It is desirable that the surface roughness of the strip-shaped thin plate 4 is as small as possible, and is usually 0.4 μ or less. Further, it is recommended that the height at which the strip-shaped thin plate 4 floats from the film guide plate 10 is 1 mm or more and 10 mm or less in the free state.

Therefore, even after the film is cut, the end portion of the unused film is kept attached to the strip-shaped thin plate 4 as shown in FIG. It is possible to easily grasp the end portion. At this time, since the strip-shaped thin plate 4 is released from the external force,
The central portion of the film 21 is lifted up again, and the film 21 is also lifted up together with it, so that it can be easily gripped by the fingertip.

Is made by cutting thick paper as shown in the development view of FIG. 4 and then making mountain folds and valley folds along the boundary line between the respective faces A to F, and when assembled, The side A is used as the film guide plate 10. Here, the A-side has its long side set to be longer than the width of the wrap film and shorter than the length of the winding core, and the short side is formed in a rectangular shape set to an appropriate length so as to obtain a predetermined strength. The fastening holes 11 and 12 are opened (see FIG. 4). The B-side is connected to one short side of the A-side, and a circular opening 13 is formed in the center to insert one end of the winding core of the wrap film. The B-side has a sectional shape perpendicular to the axis of the storage box and the short-side length of the A-side. Is formed in a substantially square shape in which one corner 17 corresponding to is cut off. The C surface is connected to the short side on the opposite side of the B surface that is connected to the A surface, and its shape is formed in mirror symmetry with the B surface, and a circular opening 14 is formed in the center. The D surface is connected to the other short side of the A surface, its shape is formed in mirror symmetry with the B surface, and a circular opening 15 is formed in the center. The E surface is connected to the short side opposite to the short side that is connected to the A surface of the D surface, and its shape is formed in mirror symmetry with the D surface.
A circular opening 16 is formed in the center. The F surface is connected to one long side of the A surface, the long side is set to a length substantially equal to the long side of the A surface, and the short side is set to an appropriate length so as to obtain a predetermined strength. Formed into a rectangular shape.

A mountain fold of about 90 ° is formed along the boundary line between the A and D faces, a valley fold of about 0 ° is formed along the boundary line of the D and E faces, and a fold line is formed along the boundary line of the A and F faces. By making a 90 ° mountain fold, a wrap film roll support 1 as shown in FIG. 5 is assembled.
In addition, "mountain fold" and "valley fold" mean the fold line when the surface of the cardboard that faces the wrap film roll when the support is used is the inner surface of the cardboard and the opposite surface is the outer surface. The folding method in which the inner surfaces are close to each other is called "mountain fold", and the folding method in which the outer surfaces are close to each other with the fold line is called "valley fold".
Moreover, the angle shall refer to the angle formed between both surfaces which approach by being folded.
