Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly extinguish a fire in the small-scale stage by judging the fire when an ultraviolet sense section senses the fire continuously for a fixed period or an infrared sense section senses the flicker or fluctuation in the movement of a flame, and discharging a fire extinguisher from a nozzle section. SOLUTION: When an ultraviolet sensor 6 senses a fire continuously for nine sec, for example, an operation section 4 is rotated, and a nozzle section 13 constituted of a fire extinguishing nozzle and an infrared sense section 12 is directed to the fire point to detect the portion of the fire. When a small flame is separated by five (m) or above, it is not referred as a fire. When the flame grows to about 30cm×30cm×50cm, the infrared sensor of the nozzle section 13 is operated to measure the width and height of the flame, the nozzle is directed to the center section, and a fire distinguisher is discharged while the nozzle is swayed vertically and horizontally to extinguish the fire. Whether the flame is the flame of a fire or not is judged based on the flicker or fluctuation of the flame, and the flame is not recognized as the flame of a fire when such a phenomenon is not recognized.

[Means for Solving the Problems] As means for achieving the above object, an ultraviolet ray detecting portion of an automatic fire extinguisher detects a flame generated at a certain distant portion, and when the flame continues for a certain time, a fire occurs. And the signal is sent to the infrared sensing unit, and then the infrared sensing unit reaches a certain level in the height and width of the flame of the fire measured by the ultraviolet sensing unit, and flickers or flickers in the movement of the flame. If it is detected, it is judged as a fire and the operating part equipped with a nozzle part turns,
The right and left and up and down angles of the flame are determined, and the nozzles of the nozzle section are freely oriented from the center of the flame to the left, right, up and down to discharge the extinguishing agent and extinguish the fire. The gist of the present invention is a robot-type fire extinguishing method and its apparatus in which the actuating unit stops the operation and returns to the original state when the infrared sensing unit determines that the flame is not of the above-mentioned constant scale.

1 is a front view of a robot type fire extinguisher of the present invention with a front door opened, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the swiveling of the nozzle portion of FIG. 1, and FIG. FIG. Specific examples will be described below.
As shown in FIG. 1, the device 1 of the present invention is a box-shaped device body that is placed and fixed on a floor surface f, and a fire extinguishant container 3 is housed in a lower part 2 of the device body. The extinguishant container is filled with 6 to 30 kg of extinguishant (mainly foam extinguishing agent, powder extinguishing agent), and is connected to the nozzle of the freely rotating actuating unit 4 on the upper part of the body with the discharge hose 5.
Reference numeral 7 is an operation display portion, 6 is an ultraviolet ray detector, 8 is a power supply indicator light, 9 is a preliminary alarm indicator light, 10 is a fire alarm indicator light, 11
Is an alarm buzzer device. The rotating operation unit 4 accommodates an infrared sensing unit 12, a nozzle unit 13, and a control unit 14 including an electronic brain. The detection of fire by ultraviolet rays is to detect the ultraviolet rays contained in the flame within the range of 5 m.
That is, even if the fire source at a distance of 5 m is a lighter or a match fire, if a flame is continuously detected for 9 seconds, a preliminary warning of the fire is displayed by the indicator lamp 9. The operating system of the robot fire extinguisher is as shown in FIG.

If the fire detection by the above-mentioned ultraviolet ray detection section continues for 9 seconds, the operating section rotates to swirl the nozzle section 13 to direct it toward the ignition point of the fire. The nozzle unit is composed of an infrared sensing unit 12 equipped with a fire extinguishing nozzle and an infrared detector to detect a fire site. However, the infrared sensor 12 does not regard the infrared sensor as a fire and returns the swirled nozzle to the original state if the flame is 5 m away and the size is within 10 cm even if the flame continues for 9 seconds. In the case of such a small flame, the ultraviolet sensor activates every 9 seconds to give a preliminary alarm, and the sensor of the infrared sensor of the nozzle is driven to judge whether or not to consider it as a fire. When the infrared detector is 5 m away and the size of the flame is about 10 cm or less, the infrared sensor does not emit a fire signal, so the nozzle does not operate and returns to the original position. And 5m away, 20c
If it is around m, it may or may not be judged as a fire. If the flame grows,
If it grows up to a size of 30 cm x 30 cm x 50 cm,
The infrared sensor of the nozzle operates, the nozzle measures according to the width and height of the fire, and the nozzle is directed to the center,
The fire is extinguished by ejecting the extinguishing agent while shaking the nozzle up and down and left and right. In this case, if the above-mentioned flame of about 20 cm is not judged to be a fire flame, it is judged whether or not there is flickering or flicker in the flame. If there is no such phenomenon, it is not recognized as a flame due to fire. It is set as a thing. In the unlikely event that the fire cannot be extinguished, the UV sensor will activate again to send a non-extinguishing signal. The automatic fire extinguisher has a power supply unit always equipped with a nickel-cadmium battery as a backup for completion of charging. A signal of power failure (AC power cut) at that time is also provided. Reference numeral 15 is a transfer signal connection port, and 16 is a power plug.
