【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は、在宅介護向けの移乗装置です。
(従来の技術)従来はストレッチャー(移動寝台)や患
者さんのお尻の下に布状のベルトを着け、リフトで持ち
上げるか、車椅子ごと持ち上げるリフトか、介助者の人
力で患者さんを、移乗させていました。しかしながら、
高齢化社会を迎え、病院や公的特別養護老人ホームなど
の医療機関の定員数の増設が、希望者の増加に追いつか
ず、在宅での介護が必要な時代になりました。医療機関
用の設備は高価で、大型で、家庭の六畳や八畳の部屋に
は向いていません。また介助者の高齢化も問題で、90
歳のおばあさんを60代のお嫁さんが面倒をみる時代に
なり、体力的に無理になってきています。在宅の介護に
なりますと、「寝たきり」そして「おむつ」になりま
す。「簡単にベットから起こしてトイレに行ったり、入
浴したり、車で病院などに行けないか」、の課題を解決
したいと考えました。本発明は在宅向けに小型、安価で
乗りやすく、移りやすく自動ベルトコンベアーで、高さ
の自動昇降調節ができて、安全に、介助者の腕力、筋
力、技術を必要としない移乗装置です。ベット(寝台)
(A)からポータブルトイレ(C)への移動は、ベット
の横に同じ方向に、セットしてブレーキ付きキャスター
(8)のブレーキをかけます。
【図2】参照患者さん(B)は矢印の方向に横移動させ
ます。ベルトコンベアー装置(1)に移乗させたら、コ
ンベアー上の矢印方向に回転させて移動します。ベルト

リフト装置が高価でしかも専用が多い)への移乗は、非
常に困難でしたが、車椅子ごとでなく、改造しないシー
トのままで、簡単に移乗できます。介助バー(5)を外
して、高さを40センチまで縮めると、ライトバンの荷
台に積んで移動も可能です。高さは80センチまで伸
び、国産車の高床式のシート高さまで利用可能です。昇
降のスピードと高さ、ベルトコンベアーの速さは調節ダ
