Abstract

し、これを非常に簡単な製造工程を以てアクリル樹脂の
基板に対して強固に美観の優れたアクリル看板を製造す
る方法を提供しようとするものである。

ート状基材側のカラートナー画像面にアクリル基板に重
合する。次いで、加熱プリンターにて加熱押圧する。そ
の後、シート状基材を剥離することにより、カラートナ
ー画像面が該アクリル基板の表面に転移付着するように
したものである。

る。そして、該有機溶剤(4)側のカラートナー画像面
(3)に対して、転写対象物であるアクリル基板(5)
を接合重合する。その後、各種加熱プリンターにて加熱
押圧する。次に、該シート状基板(1)を剥離すること
によりカラートナー画像面(3)が該アクリル基板
(5)の表面側に転移して付着せしめるものである。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように本発明のアクリル看
板の製造方法によれば、従来のこの種のアクリル看板の
製造法の如く、図柄模様等のカラートナー画像面を溶融
して接着転写したものでは、アクリル板に転写した図柄
模様の接着強度が充分に得られない欠点と、接触による
擦れ等によつて容易に図柄模様の画像が剥がれる等の欠
点とを解決できる優れた効果がある。また、特殊な機械
を使用する必要がなく、各種類のアクリル基板に容易に
転写できると共に、誰でも簡単確実に作業ができる効果
がある。そして、表面にシリコン樹脂系の離型層を積層
し、これにカラー静電式乾式複写機によつて着色された
図柄模様等のカラートナー画像面を複写形成したので、
離型層によつてはシート状基材が確実に剥離できると共
に、誰人でも極めて容易に転写作業ができ、そのカラー
トナー画像の表面にアルコールを主成分とした有機溶剤
を塗布してカラートナー画像面に含浸させ、アクリル基
板を重合して加熱プリンターにて加熱押圧することによ
つてカラートナー画像面に含まれたアルコール成分が、
アクリル基板の表面を溶融して阻面を形成してカラート
ナー画像面のカラートナーを喰い込ませて強力に転移定
着できる効果がある。更に、シート状基板を剥離するこ
とによりアクリル基板の表面にカラートナー画像面が鮮
明に転移され、各種の文字や図柄模様を転写したアクリ
ル看板として使用できる便利な効果がある。

とした有機溶剤(4)を塗布して該カラートナー画像面
(3)に含浸させ、該シート状基材(1)の該有機溶剤
(4)側のカラートナー画像面(3)をアクリル基板
(5)に重合し、加熱プリンターにて加熱押圧し、その
後該シート状基板(1)を剥離することにより該カラー
トナー画像面(3)が該アクリル基板(5)の表面に転
移付着することを特徴とするアクリル看板の製造方法。
