It was an indispensable component that was blended in order to stably disperse the powder component in the base material and in the makeup remover to dissolve, disperse, and remove stains. On the other hand, however, the surfactant cannot be said to be a preferable component in terms of safety when incorporated into the above cosmetics or skin external medicine. This is because the surface-active effect of the surface-active agent acts usefully as described above, and at the same time, irritation is easily exerted on the skin. In addition, the surfactant is
Because it has both lipophilic and hydrophilic properties,
It is said that it does not affect the makeup retention of makeup cosmetics very well. Further, makeup removers such as cleansing agents sometimes cause redness due to a synergistic effect of irritation caused by a surfactant remaining on the skin without being wiped off and irritation caused by friction during wiping.

As an example of the method, a high internal phase W / O in which a large amount of an aqueous phase is encapsulated in an oily gel composed of bentonite-water gel in which an oily component is uniformly dispersed or sugar-polyglycerin ester-hydrocarbon
Examples thereof include emulsification with a self-emulsifying thickener such as an emulsion and a long-chain alkyl acrylate polymer.

There is a problem that the degree of freedom of prescription components is low for high internal phase W / O emulsions. Also, emulsification with self-emulsifying thickeners causes the powder to aggregate due to the effect of the thickeners. There is a problem that it is difficult to use in a foundation system because it is easy to do.

However, an emulsion using agar or gelatin is known. However, although a moist, moist or refreshing feeling of use can be obtained, there is a problem that functions such as a cleaning function and a penetrating action are impaired due to the small amount of the surfactant. Further, an emulsion using agar or gelatin has a tattered feeling when picked up and has a problem in usability. Therefore, in the emulsified composition used for cosmetics and skin external medicine, while maintaining the emulsifier form, the usability and the cleaning action originally possessed by the emulsified composition,
There has been a demand for a method of reducing the compounding amount of the surfactant without impairing functions such as penetrating action.

Further, it optionally contains a surfactant and various components appropriately selected according to various uses and purposes. In the usual emulsified composition, the base component consists of an aqueous phase component and an oil phase component, but in the emulsified composition of the present invention, this oil phase component can be composed of the above volatile oil agent and other oil agents. It is also possible to use only the above volatile oil agent. Such an emulsion composition of the present invention, except that the above-mentioned polysaccharide is added to the water phase component, the volatile oil agent is added to the oil phase component, and the water-insoluble polymer powder having a carbonyl group is added to either of them. It can be produced in the same manner as an ordinary emulsion composition.

The emulsified composition of the present invention comprises glucose produced by Pseudomonas erodia as described above, a polysaccharide having glucuronic acid and rhamnose as a constituent sugar, a volatile oil agent, and a water-insoluble polymer powder having a carbonyl group. What is contained, by containing these, it is possible to impart a moist or moist or refreshing preferred use feeling to the composition, and further, the cleaning action originally possessed by the emulsion composition or The content of the surfactant in the composition can be reduced without impairing the functions such as the penetration effect.
Further, it is possible to improve the usability by improving the tattered feeling which has been a problem in the conventional emulsified composition using the organic polymer gelling agent. The emulsified composition of the present invention does not hinder the emulsifier form by containing these components.

In order to obtain such a polysaccharide used in the present invention, for example, a microorganism having the ability to produce the above-mentioned polysaccharide may be cultured and the desired polysaccharide may be separated and purified from the culture. More specifically, Pseudomonas erodia etc. is inoculated into a general fermentation stock solution to carry out ordinary fermentation, and the above-mentioned polysaccharide is separated and purified from the obtained fermentation product by a usual method such as centrifugation or chromatography. The above-mentioned polysaccharide can be produced. In the present invention, it is also possible to use a culture containing the above-mentioned polysaccharide or a crude product in the process of purification. Since many of the above-mentioned polysaccharides are commercially available as products, these can be used in the present invention. For example, gellan gum, which is a fermentation product of Pseudomonas erodia, is commercially available from Merck & Co., Inc. under the trade name of Kelcogel as a polysaccharide represented by the above general formula (I) and preferably used in the present invention.

善もなされている。(3) External skin drug of the present invention The external skin drug to which the emulsion composition of the present invention can be applied is not particularly limited as long as it is an external skin drug to which an emulsion type dosage form can be applied. In the skin external preparation of the present invention, a good emulsion can be obtained by adding a surfactant in a smaller amount than usual or without adding a surfactant, but this causes a problem in conventional emulsification type skin external preparations. It is possible to solve the problems such as the loss of storability in the skin and the decrease in safety due to the said surfactants. Also,
If the system does not contain a surfactant, it can be suitably applied to a matrix such as a patch, which is very important in safety under application of a plug. Further, similar to the above cosmetics, the usability and the like have been improved.

It is clear that it is excellent in usability. Further, regarding the feeling of use, the creams of Examples are the ones obtained by replacing the polysaccharide of the emulsion composition of the present invention obtained in Comparative Example with a surfactant or an interface using a conventional organic polymer gelling agent. It can be seen that the cream is superior to the active agent-free cream and is equal to or superior to the cream in which the polysaccharide of the emulsion composition of the present invention is replaced with the conventional organic polymer gelling agent.

By containing, it is possible to give the composition an excellent feeling of use, without impairing the functions such as the cleaning action and the penetration action originally possessed by the emulsified composition, and also giving an obstacle to the emulsifier form. Without, it is possible to reduce the content of surfactants in the composition. If it becomes possible to reduce the content of the surfactant in the emulsified composition in this way, in cosmetics, problems such as makeup deterioration and reduced safety due to the surfactant may be caused. Loss of skin retention due to surfactants in external medicines,
It is possible to effectively solve problems such as a decrease in safety without deteriorating the intrinsic function of each emulsion composition.
