されるように、本発明になるインクジェット記録装置の

インクジェットヘッド1を治具10を介しインク供給口
側にチューブ5が来るように接続する。この時、インク
ジェットヘッド1は、ノズル111が下向きになる用に
する。接続されたチューブ5を送液ポンプ7に接続しチ
ューブ5の反対側を廃液容器8に接続する。インクジェ
ットヘッド1等が入っている洗浄液容器4を超音波洗浄
機9内に入れる。この状態で超音波洗浄機9により超音
波をかけながら送液ポンプ7により、洗浄液容器4内の
洗浄液を、インクジェットヘッド1の内部を通過させ、
廃液容器8へと送液を行いながら洗浄する。本発明の洗
浄方法においては、送液ポンプ7の液圧だけでは取りき
れずに、インク室に付いた異物も超音波により剥離さ

(5)が来るよう配置し、 洗浄液容器4を超音波洗浄機(9)内に入れ、超音波を
かけながら送液ポンプ(7)より、洗浄液容器(4)内
の洗浄液を、インクジェットヘッド1の内部を通過さ
せ、廃液容器(8)へと送液を行いながら洗浄すること
