の防水性シャーシ構造では、突設したボス6にモジュー
ルケース2を取付けるので、シャーシ1底面とモジュー
ルケース2底面との間にボス6の高さだけ余分な空間が
でき、又モジュールケース2を複数取付ける場合は周囲
に空間が必要となり、シャーシ1内の有効な容積が小さ
くなる。又、モジュールケース2の底面はボス6により
シャーシ1底面から浮いている為、固定基板4とシャー
シ1底面間で充分な熱伝達が行われない。従って、モジ
ュールケース2が、パワートランジスタ等発熱体が実装
された配線基板を有する場合も効果的な放熱が行われな
い。又、シャーシ1にボス6を突設する、モジュールケ
ース2に固定基板4を固着する等部品点数及び組立工程
が多い為、生産効率が悪く、生産コストが高くなる等の
不具合があった。

し、又前記螺子が螺子ロッドと螺子頭から成り、前記螺
子頭の螺子ロッド基端周囲に溝を刻設し、該溝にOリン
グを嵌装したものであって、該シャーシに通孔を明けシ
ャーシに内装品を密着固定して、シャーシ内の空間の有
効利用を図ると共に、シャーシと内装品との間の熱伝導
効率を向上させ、又前記螺子にOリングを嵌装すること
によって、該シャーシの防水性が確保される。

発熱体が実装された配線基板を収納したモジュールケー
スでも熱伝達が容易にできる。又、シャーシ本体に通孔
を貫通させるだけでよい為、部品点数及び作業工程が減
少し生産効率が向上し、生産コストが低減する等の優れ
た効果を発揮する。
