(57)【要約】 【課題】 遮光性化粧品組成物に添加されるジベンゾイ
ルメタン型ＵＶ−Ａ遮断剤を長期にわたり安定化する。 【解決手段】 少なくとも１種の脂肪相を含有する美容
上容認しうるビヒクル中に、約０．１から約５％、とり
わけ約１から約３重量％のジベンゾイルメタン型ＵＶ−
Ａ遮断剤と、少なくとも約０．５％、とりわけ約０．５
から約４．５重量％のα−シアノ−β，β−ジフェニル
アクリレート安定剤、および任意に少なくとも１種の通
常のＵＶ−Ｂフィルターを含み、ジベンゾイルメタンの
量が１％以上の場合には、アクリレート対ジベンゾイル
メタン誘導体のモル比が０．８未満である、光に対して
安定な遮光性化粧品組成物。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明はヒトの表皮および毛
髪をそれぞれ波長３２０から４００nmおよび２９０から
４００nmの紫外線から保護するため、光に対して安定な
光遮断性化粧品組成物に関する。
【０００２】
【発明が解決しようとする課題・課題を解決するための
手段】特に、本発明は少なくとも１種の脂肪相を含有す
る美容上容認しうるビヒクル中に、約０．１から約５
％、とりわけ約１から約３重量％のジベンゾイルメタン
型ＵＶ−Ａ遮断剤と少なくとも約０．５％、とりわけ約
０．５から約４．５重量％のα−シアノ−β，β−ジフ
ェニルアクリレート（Ｉ）型安定剤、そして任意に少な
くとも１種のＵＶ−Ｂフィルターを含み、ジベンゾイル
メタンの量が１％以上である場合には、アクリレート対
ジベンゾイルメタン誘導体のモル比が０．８未満である
組成物に関する。
【０００３】化合物Ｉはそれ自体主として紅斑領域（２
９０−３２０nm）のＵＶ放射線の吸収に有効ではある
が、それらの本発明の機能は上記ＵＶ−Ａフィルターを
光に対して安定化することである。
【０００４】
【発明の実施の形態】新規コンビネーションのＵＶ−Ａ
光線遮断剤に関する限り、特に適当な化合物は、例えば
ＵＳＰ第４，３８７，０８９号明細書あるいはＣＨ−Ｐ
ａｔｅｎｔ第６４２，５３６号明細書に開示されている
ように、４−ｔｅｒｔ−ブチル−４′−メトキシジベン
ゾイルメタンである。
【０００５】この特別な型の他の適当な化合物は、２−
メチルジベンゾイルメタン、４−メチルジベンゾイルメ
タン、４−イソプロピルジベンゾイルメタン、４−ｔｅ
ｒｔ−ブチルジベンゾイルメタン、２，４−ジメチルジ
ベンゾイルメタン、２，５−ジメチルジベンゾイルメタ
ン、４，４′−ジイソプロピルジベンゾイルメタン、２
−メチル−５−イソプロピル−４′−メトキシジベンゾ
イルメタン、２−メチル−５−ｔｅｒｔ−ブチル−４′
−メトキシジベンゾイルメタン、２，４−ジメチル−
４′−メトキシジベンゾイルメタンおよび２，６−ジメ
チル−４−ｔｅｒｔ−ブチル−４′−メトキシジベンゾ
イルメタンである。
【０００６】適当な化合物Ｉの例は２−エチルヘキシル
−２−シアノ−３，３−ジフェニルアクリレートおよび
２−エチル−２−シアノ−３，３−ジフェニルアクリレ
ートである。
【０００７】式Ｉ化合物の機能は、上で指摘した通り、
含まれるＵＶ−Ａ遮断剤を光に対して安定化すること、
即ちＵＶ光線に対する長期にわたる曝露の間に一定した
保護を保証することである。このように、化粧品組成物
を種々な間隔で繰り返し適用することが要求される場合
には、それらの間隔をのばすことができる。
【０００８】従って、本発明はジベンゾイルメタンＵＶ
−Ａ遮断剤を波長３２０から４００nmのＵＶ放射線に対
して安定化する方法にも関するもので、その特徴とする
ところは約０．１から５重量％のジベンゾイルメタンＵ
Ｖ−Ａ遮断剤へ約０．５から約４．５重量％の安定剤を
添加する点にある。
【０００９】ＵＶ−Ａフィルターの材料の所望の安定化
は、適当に装置したキセノン灯を擬似太陽として使用す
る各ＵＶ−Ａフィルターと化合物Ｉとを厳密な並行実験
により容易に証明される。被検生成物の標準調製物、例
えば、好ましくは高沸点化粧品用溶媒、例えばデルチル
（イソプロピルミリステート）、に溶かした溶液をつく
り、得られた日光遮断剤をガラス板に塗りひろげて照射
する。照射後、ガラス板を適当な溶媒（例えばエタノー
ル）中に浸し、そのＵＶスペクトルを記録する。安定化
効果は照射前後のλmax における吸光度の差に直接相関
する。通常は、下に例示するようなＵＶ−Ａフィルター
と安定剤とのコンビネーションが評価に使用される。
【００１０】光線遮断剤の本発明コンビネーションの両
成分とも親油性である。従って、化粧品組成物は少なく
とも１種の脂肪相を含み、そのため組成物は乳濁系、ロ
ーションまたはゲルの形で提供されることになる。
【００１１】本遮光性化粧品組成物はオイル、ローショ
ン、ゲル、固体スチック、乳濁系、例えばクリーム、乳
液あるいはイオン性または非イオン性両親媒性脂質の小
胞状分散系、エーロゾル、スプレー、フォーム、パウダ
ー、シャンプー、ヘアコンディショナーまたはラッカー
またはメーキャップなどの形態をとるのが適当である。
【００１２】当業者にとって公知の通常の溶媒をこれら
の形態、例えばオイル、ワックス、アルコール、ポリオ
ールなどの調製に使用できる。特に適当な溶剤は脂肪酸
類、エステル類、脂肪アルコール類であるが、エタノー
ル、イソプロパノール、プロピレングリコール、グリセ
リンなどが好ましい。
【００１３】本化粧品組成物は更に補助剤、例えば更に
他の溶剤、シックナー、皮膚軟化剤、乳化剤、保湿剤、
テンサイド、防腐剤、泡止め剤、フラグランス、オイル
類、ワックス類、低級ポリオールおよび一価アルコー
ル、噴射剤、シリコーン、着色料および顔料などを含む
ことができる。
【００１４】更に単量体または重合体の（例えば、ポリ
シロキサン、例えばＥＰ第５３８４３１号明細書、ポリ
アクリレートなど）−ＵＶフィルター（複数のことがあ
る）も添加できる。これらは、組成物の所望の化学的お
よび物理的性質に従って、例えば所望の保護の程度、波
長、ε極大、溶解度、安定度、安全性に応じてリストか
ら選ぶのが便利である。例えばＳＯＦＷ Ｊｏｕｒｎａ
ｌ １２２、８（１９６６）５４３以下、Ｃｏｓｍｅｔ
ｉｃｓ ＆ Ｔｏｉｌｅｔｒｉｅｓ１０７（１９８２）
４５以下参照。
【００１５】毛髪保護の場合に適当な組成物はシャンプ
ー、コンディショナー、ローション、ゲル、乳濁系、分
散系、ラッカーなどである。
【００１６】これら組成物すべての調製はこの分野の当
業者にとって周知である。
【００１７】尚一層適したＵＶ−Ｂフィルターとして、
微粒状顔料、例えば通常の金属酸化物のミクロ顔料を使
用できる。特に乳濁系の場合、このようなＵＶフィルタ
ーは当然水溶性誘導体でもよい。ＵＶ−Ｂフィルターの
適当な量は約１〜約１２％である。
【００１８】新規安定剤の最も重要な利点はその添加量
の少ないことに由来する（この添加量は使用されるＵＶ
−Ａフィルターの添加量より相当に少なくてよい）。従
って実際の使用者はＵＶ−Ｂ線の濾波に使われる材料に
関してはその選択に全く制限がない。
【００１９】この点に関して、本発明に係る新規安定化
はＥＰ第５１４，４９１Ｂ１号明細書に開示された特別
な安定化法より、また下記の理由のために勝れている。
【００２０】この公知の方法によれば、化合物Ｉ対ジベ
ンゾイルメタン比が強制的に０．８以上となっているの
で、いわゆる完全遮断を起こすＵＶ光線の全範囲に及ぶ
吸収を果す手段としてはその可能性を減じている。
【００２１】ジベンゾイルメタン誘導体とアクリレート
の都合のよい組み合わせは次の通りである：

Claims (10)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 少なくとも１種の脂肪相を含有する美容
    上容認しうるビヒクル中に、約０．１から約５％、とり
    わけ約１から約３重量％のジベンゾイルメタン型ＵＶ−
    Ａ遮断剤と、少なくとも約０．５％、とりわけ約０．５
    から約４．５重量％のα−シアノ−β，β−ジフェニル
    アクリレート安定剤、および任意に少なくとも１種の通
    常のＵＶ−Ｂフィルターを含み、ジベンゾイルメタンの
    量が１％以上の場合には、アクリレート対ジベンゾイル
    メタン誘導体のモル比が０．８未満である、光に対して
    安定な遮光性化粧品組成物。
  2. 【請求項２】 安定剤が２−エチルヘキシル−２−シア
    ノ−３，３−ジフェニル−アクリレート（好ましい）ま
    たはエチル−２−シアノ−３，３−ジフェニル−アクリ
    レートである、請求項１記載の組成物。
  3. 【請求項３】 ジベンゾイルメタン誘導体が下記化合
    物、即ち２−メチルジベンゾイルメタン、４−メチル−
    ジベンゾイル−メタン、４−イソプロピルジベンゾイル
    メタン、４−ｔｅｒｔ−ブチルジベンゾイルメタン、
    ２，４−ジメチルジベンゾイルメタン、２，５−ジメチ
    ルジベンゾイルメタン、４，４′−ジイソプロピルジベ
    ンゾイルメタン、４−ｔｅｒｔ−ブチル−４′−メトキ
    シジベンゾイルメタン、２−メチル−５−イソプロピル
    −４′−メトキシジベンゾイルメタン、２−メチル−５
    −ｔｅｒｔ−ブチル−４′−メトキシジベンゾイルメタ
    ン、２，４−ジメチル−４′−メトキシジベンゾイルメ
    タンおよび２，６−ジメチル−４−ｔｅｒｔ−ブチル−
    ４′−メトキシジベンゾイルメタンから選ばれる、請求
    項１または請求項２記載の組成物。
  4. 【請求項４】 ジベンゾイルメタン誘導体が４−ｔｅｒ
    ｔ−ブチル−４′−メトキシジベンゾイルメタンであ
    る、前記請求項１〜３のいずれか１項に記載の組成物。
  5. 【請求項５】 組成物がオイル、ローション、ゲル、固
    体スチック、乳濁系、例えばクリーム、乳液あるいはイ
    オン性または非イオン性両親媒性脂質の小胞状分散系、
    エーロゾル、スプレー、フォーム、パウダー、シャンプ
    ー、ヘアコンディショナーあるいはラッカーあるいはメ
    ーキャップの形をとる、前記請求項１〜４のいずれか１
    項に記載の組成物。
  6. 【請求項６】 組成物が溶媒、シックナー、皮膚軟化
    剤、乳化剤、保湿剤、テンサイド、防腐剤、泡止め剤、
    フラグランス、オイル類、ワックス類、低級ポリオール
    および一価アルコール類、噴射剤、シリコーン、着色料
    および顔料から選ばれる化粧品補助剤を更に含む、前記
    請求項１〜５のいずれか１項に記載の組成物。
  7. 【請求項７】 ＵＶ−Ａフィルターが約０．１〜約５％
    の量で存在し、安定剤が約０．５から約４．５％の量で
    存在し、ＵＶ−Ｂフィルターが約１〜約１２％の量で存
    在する、前記請求項１〜６のいずれか１項に記載の組成
    物。
  8. 【請求項８】 α−シアノ−β，β−ジフェニルアクリ
    レートを、請求項３記載のジベンゾイルメタン誘導体に
    対する安定剤として使用する方法。
  9. 【請求項９】 ヒトの表皮または毛髪を、２９０から４
    ００nmの波長のＵＶ放射線の損傷作用から保護する方法
    において、皮膚または毛髪へ上に定義された有効量の遮
    光性化粧品組成物を適用することからなる上記方法。
  10. 【請求項１０】 ジベンゾイルメタンＵＶ−Ａ遮断剤を
    ３２０から４００nmの波長のＵＶ放射線に対して安定化
    する方法において、約０．１から約５重量％のジベンゾ
    イルメタンＵＶ−Ａ光線遮断剤へ約０．５から約４．５
    重量％の請求項１に定義されたアクリレート安定剤を添
    加し、そしてジベンゾイルメタンの量が１％以上である
    場合には、アクリレート対ジベンゾイルメタン誘導体の
    モル比を０．８未満とする上記方法。
