両面から金属製の枠ではさんで固定し、前記水素透過膜
の少くとも精製水素側の面を周囲が前記金属製の枠に接
合された金属多孔質材からなる支持板で支持した水素分
離膜ユニットにおいて、前記水素透過膜として水素の透
過部分に多数の凹部を設けた金属又は合金箔製の水素透
過膜を使用したことを特徴とする水素分離膜ユニット。1.
