Abstract

PURPOSE:To seize an excreting condition of a diaper wearer in a facility such as a home for the aged by starting a transmitter according to the detection of excretion of the diaper wearer by a wetting detector installed in a diaper, and actuating a display device. CONSTITUTION:A wetting detector 23 and a transmitter 1 are installed in a diaper 24, and when the wetting detector 23 detects excretion of a diaper wearer, a DC amplifier is started through a sensitivity adjusting part of the transmitter 1. A signal amplified by the DC amplifier is transmitted to a transmission control circuit, and the transmission time to a display device 2, an interval, the number of times or the like are controlled. An individual signal of the diaper wearer is sent out through a modulating transmitting circuit by a high-frequency transmitting circuit and an individual signal generator, and is detected by a detecting part of the display device 2. The detected individual signal latches an individual signal latching circuit corresponding to the individual signal through a signal selecting circuit, and lights a display lamp 3 and an overall display lamp 5. After the diaper is replaced by a nurse, a restoring push-button 7 is pushed down, and a latch of the individual signal latching circuit is released.

[Means for Solving the Problem] The means for solving the problem will now be described. (A) If the wetness detector 23 attached to the diaper detects the excretion of the wearer of the diaper, the transmitter 1 is activated,
The transmitter 1 sends out an individual signal. (B) The individual signal transmitted from the transmitter 1 is received by the display device 2, the indicator lamp 3 corresponding to the individual signal is turned on, and further, the general indicator lamp 5 is turned on and the excretion information is stored. (C) The indicator light 3, the comprehensive indicator light 5, and the storage of excretion information of the display device 2 are turned off and erased by the nurse pressing the recovery push button 7 after the diaper exchange is completed. (D) The individual signal transmitted from the transmitter 1 is transmitted several times at a constant interval for a short time in order to avoid interference with other signals. Further, if the individual signal is not canceled even after the set time has elapsed, the individual signal is sent again. This is repeated until the nurse changes the diaper. (E) The installation location of the display device 2 varies depending on the size and demand of the facility, but it is preferable to install it at the room entrance or in the room. (F) The display device 2 is further installed at a nurse's station or a nurse's station, and when excretion of the wearer of the diaper is detected, a buzzer or the like can be sounded to make a notification by eyes and ears.

[Operation] Since the present invention is the device as described above, its operation will be described. When the diaper wearer excretes, the indicator light 3 of the display device 2 and the general indicator light 5 corresponding to the diaper wearer.
Lights up, so that the nurse can detect the excretion of the room and the diaper wearer while doing other work at the station, waiting, or moving in the corridor. It is no longer necessary to confirm the excrement of the diaper that was performed. Further, since the excretion status of the wearer of the diaper is stored, the output terminal unit 20 to be connected to another display panel, a communication device, a management system such as a computer can be provided.

Embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of the transmitter 1, and FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram of the display device 2. 3A is a block diagram of the transmitter 1, and FIG. 3B is a block diagram of the display device 2. FIG. 4 is a diagram in which the wetness detector 23 and the transmitter 1 are attached to the diaper 24 by the diaper fixing clip 22. (B) When the wetness detector 23 detects the wetness of excretion of the diaper wearer, the DC amplifier 10 is activated via the sensitivity adjusting unit 9 of the transmitter 1. (B) The DC amplifier 10 amplifies the signal and transmits it to the transmission control circuit 11. The transmission control circuit 11 controls the time, interval, number of times, etc. of transmission to the display device 2. (C) Furthermore, the high frequency transmission circuit 12 and the individual signal generator 1
3, the individual signal of the diaper wearer is transmitted by the modulation transmission circuit 1
It sends out through 4. (D) The transmitted individual signal is detected by the detection unit 1 of the display device 2.
It is detected by 6. The detected individual signal causes the signal selection circuit 17 to latch the individual signal latch circuit 18 corresponding to the individual signal and output the display signals of the indicator lamp 3 and the general indicator lamp 5. (E) The indicator lamp 3 and the general indicator lamp 5 are turned on by the display signal. (F) When the nurse pushes the recovery push button 7 after exchanging the diaper, the latch of the individual signal latch circuit 18 is released. When the latch of the individual signal latch circuit 18 is released, the indicator lamp 3 is turned off. (G) When all the indicator lights 3 are turned off, the general indicator light 5 is also turned off. (H) Although the recovery push button 7 of the display device 2 in FIG. 2 is provided for each diaper wearer, one recovery push button 7 may be provided for the display device 2 depending on the operation. When the mounting position of the display device 2 is high, a lead wire is wired from the display device 2 and the recovery push button 7 is mounted at a position where it is easy to press. (I) Another set of indicator lights 3 may be attached to the bed so that the nurse can easily identify the next diaper changer. (N) There is also a method of blinking the general indicator lamp 5 of the display device 2 by using an LED or the like so that it can be easily caught by the eyes of a nurse. (L) Transmitter 1 stores a transmitter storage bag in the obi,
Wrap around the waist from above the diaper. Further, the transmitter 1 and the wetness detector 23 may be fixedly attached to the diaper 24 or the diaper cover itself and integrally attached. (2) The display device 3 may be displayed in the same arrangement as the bed of the diaper wearer in the room. For example, vertical 3
In the case of a bed arrangement with two rows of names, the indicator lamp 3 and the name display window 4 are vertically 3 and horizontally 2, and the name display window 4 is horizontally written. As described above, neither the shape of FIG. 1 nor the shape of FIG. 2 depends on the mounting method of the transmitter 1 and the environment in which the facility is used.

Therefore, there are the following effects. (B) At facilities such as nursing homes and hospitals, it is possible to understand the excretion status of many diaper wearers. (B) Since the transmitter 1 and the display device 2 are wirelessly transmitting and receiving, they are in a natural state without restraining the wearer of the diaper. (C) The discomfort of the wearer of the diaper can be quickly released, and diseases such as eczema can be prevented. (D) The work of the nurse to check the presence or absence of excretion such as putting a hand inside the diaper or sniffing the diaper is reduced and the burden on the nurse is reduced. (E) The nurse can get excretion information of the wearer of the diaper no matter where he or she is, can concentrate on other tasks, and needs no nerve. (F) The nurse can grasp the number of diaper exchanges and can easily confirm the diaper wearer who needs diaper exchange, so that efficient work can be performed. (G) Because I remember the excretion of diaper wearers,
It is also possible to provide an output terminal unit 20 that is connected to another management system such as another display panel, communication device and computer. (H) Since more than 1,000 sets of individual signals can be combined, it can also be used in large facilities.
