Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.流体の流れる方向に離して配置した一対のトランスジューサ8、9と、流体 を通して両方向に音響信号がトランスジューサによって送られるようにする送信 手段20と、トランスジューサが受信する音響信号の走行時間を監視することに より流体の流れに関する情報を決定する処理手段22とを備え、トランスジュー サとトランスジューサとの間の空間の部分が形成する流路は、軸方向で流れ方向 に延びる複数の流路51、52;61、62;71、72を有する流れ構造体5 から成り、これらの流路の横断面直径は実質的に平面音響波のみを流路の流体が 通すように選定されており、作動状態で流体は、全体積流速に対するそれぞれの 流路の体積流速の比が全体積流速に対して実質的に一定であるようにそれぞれの 流路を流れているようにした流量計。 2.入口室6に接線方向に流体を注入し、その入口室に流路の軸方向に実質的な 速度成分を持たない回転流れをつくる請求項1に記載の流量計。 3.流路が実質的に円形横断面を有している請求項1もしくは2に記載の流量計 。 4.流路間の隙間33を塞いでこれらの隙間に沿って流体が流れないようにした 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の流量計。 5.流路をきっちり詰め込んだ構成となるよう配置した請求項4に記載の流量計 。 6.流体の流れる方向に離して配置した一対のトランスジューサ8、9と、流体 を通して両方向に音響信号がトランスジューサによって送られるようにする送信 手段20と、トランスジューサが受信する音響信号の走行時間を監視することに より流体の流れに関する情報を決定する処理手段22とを備え、トランスジュー サとトランスジューサとの間の空間の部分が形成する流路は実質的に環状の一つ の流路82から成り、トランスジューサは対応する環状の形を有するようにした 流量計。 7.流れ構造体に沿って延びる中心軸から半径方向に実質的に等距離に複数の流 路が配置されている請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の流量計。 8.流れ構造体が到来音波に対してそれぞれ角度の付いた面11を呈する請求項 1ないし7のいずれかに記載の流量計。 9.請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のガス流量計。
