Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.放送伝送器のチューニングデータ(TD)を受信器(6)へ伝送するための 装置(17、18)であって、複数の受信領域(A−C)の各領域に対して当該 領域内で受信可能な前記伝送器の前記チューニングデータ(22)を有するチュ ーニングデータパケット(図2A−C)を伝送し、前記複数の受信領域(A−C )の各領域に対して対応する前記チューニングデータパケットを識別する(32 )参照パケット(図3)を伝送する装置において、各受信領域に対する前記参照 パケットが前記チューニングデータを使用する前記領域だけで受信可能な伝送器 の前記チューニングデータ(31)を有することを特徴とする放送伝送器のチュ ーニングデータ(TD)を受信器へ伝送するための装置。 2.請求項1に記載の装置において、前記チューニングデータを使用する前記伝 送器を識別するために、識別ラベル(33)が前記参照パケット内の各チューニ ングデータのために伝送可能であることを特徴とする装置。 3.請求項2に記載の装置において、前記識別ラベルが前記伝送器により伝送さ れる識別コードを有することを特徴とする装置。 4.請求項2に記載の装置において、前記識別ラベルが前記伝送器のテレテキス トページヘッダの一部を有することを特徴とする装置。 5.放送伝送器のチューニングデータを受信器(6)へ伝送する方法であって、 複数の受信領域(A−C)の各領域に対して当該領域内で受信可能な前記伝送器 の前記チューニングデータ(22)を有するチューニングデータパケット(図2 A−C)を伝送する工程と、前記複数の受信領域(A−C)の各領域に対して対 応する前記チューニングデータパケットを識別する(32)参照パケット(図3 )を伝送する工程とを含む方法において、各受信領域に対する前記参照パケット が前記チューニングデータを使用する前記領域だけで受信可能な伝送器の前記チ ューニングデータを有することを特徴とする放送伝送器のチューニングデータを 受信器へ伝送する方法。 6.請求項5に記載の方法において、前記チューニングデータを使用する前記伝 送器を識別するために、識別ラベル(33)が前記参照パケット内の各チューニ ングデータのために伝送可能であることを特徴とする方法。 7.請求項6に記載の方法において、前記識別ラベルが前記伝送器により伝送さ れる識別コードを有することを特徴とする方法。 8.請求項6に記載の方法において、前記識別ラベルが前記伝送器のテレテキス トページヘッダの一部を有することを特徴とする方法。 9.供給されるチューニングデータにより受信器を伝送器へチューニングするた めのチューニングユニット(102−104)と、前記チューニングデータを蓄 積するためのチューニングメモリ(112)と、受信領域内で受信可能な伝送器 のチューニングデータを持つチューニングデータパケット及び複数の受信領域の 各々に対してチューニングデータパケットを識別する参照パケットを受信するた めの手段(109)と、前記ユニット、前記メモリ及び前記手段と結合され、前 記メモリへ選択されたチューニングデータパケットの前記チューニングデータを 蓄積する制御回路(110)とを有する放送受信器において、各受信領域に対す る前記参照パケットが前記チューニングデータを使用する前記領域内だけで受信 可能な伝送器の前記チューニングデータを有し、当該伝送器が受信されるまで( 73、74)前記制御回路(110)が前記参照パケットからの前記チューニン グデータを前記チューニングユニットへ印加し(72)、前記領域に対応する前 記チューニングデータパケットを選択する(77−79)ことを特徴とする放送 受信器。 10.請求項9に記載の受信器において、前記制御回路がチューニングデータ( 31)のために伝送される識別ラベル(33)を前記チューニングデータを使用 する伝送器により伝送される識別コードと比較する(76)ことを特徴とする受 信器。
