Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.雄型部材がアプセット部分を有し、雌型コネクタが前記雄型部材および前記 アプセットを受ける凹部を有している前記雌型コネクタ内に前記雄型部材を保持 する時に使用されるロッククリップにおいて、 前記雄型部材が前記雌型コネクタの前記凹部内に位置されたときに、前記雄型 部材のアプセットと結合するように構成された保持ヘッドと、 前記保持ヘッドから間隔を隔てられたベース部分を具備し、前記ベース部分は 前記雌型コネクタに対して加圧するように、前記雌型コネクタの外径より小さい 距離だけ間隔を隔てられた脚部部材によって構成され、前記脚部部材は、前記雌 型コネクタと結合して前記保持ヘッドの前記雌型コネクタの凹部への挿入を容易 にするカム面を限定する上方エッジをそれぞれ有しているロッククリップ 2.前記クリップはほぼL形である請求項1記載のロッククリップ。 3.前記ハウジングは結合段部を限定する小さい直径を有する部分を備え、カム 面は前記結合段部と結合するように構成されている請求項1記載のロッククリッ プ。 4.前記ロッククリップは、前記保持ヘッドが前記雌型コネクタの凹部から離れ ている非ラッチ位置と、前記保持ヘッドが前記雌型コネクタ凹部内に位置される ラッチ位置とを有する請求項1記載のロッククリップ。 5.前記脚部部材は、前記雌型部材を受ける第1および第2 の離れた拘束部を有し、前記第1および第2の部分は前記ロッククリップのロッ クおよび非ロック位置に対応している請求項4記載のロッククリップ。 6.前記雌型部材は、少なくとも第1の部分および直径の小さい第2の部分を限 定する外面形状にされ、前記第1および第2の部分はそれらの間に結合面を有し 、前記脚部部材は前記結合面に対してカム結合するように前記カム面により前記 第2の部分の付近で受けられる請求項1記載のロッククリップ。 7.前記脚部部材は前記結合面を受ける第1および第2の離れた拘束部を有し、 前記第1および第2の部分は前記ロッククリップのロックおよび非ロック位置に 対応している請求項6記載のロッククリップ。 8.前記カム面は、前記保持ヘッドが前記雌型コネクタ凹部内に受けられたとき に、前記結合面と結合するように構成され、前記本体部材に隣接するロック面で 終端している請求項6記載のロッククリップ。 9.さらに、前記保持ヘッドおよび前記ベース部材を互いに接続し、ベースおよ び側壁を有するチャンネルを含み、前記側壁が前記ベースに対してほぼ垂直に延 在して、前記雌型部材の外形とほぼ一致する形状にされたエッジで終端する本体 部分を備えている請求項1記載のロッククリップ。 10.前記保持ヘッドは、本体部分に関して傾斜して前記本体部分から外側に延 在し、前記雌型部材の前記外面および前記凹部との間の距離より少し大きい距離 だけ前記本体部分か ら間隔を隔てられている請求項9記載のロッククリップ。 11.前記保持ヘッドは、結合耳部で終わる1対の間隔を隔てられたフィンガを 具備し、前記結合耳部は互いに関して内側に延在して、前記フィンガの間に狭い 間隔を形成し、前記狭い間隔は、前記耳部が前記雄型部材を受けるために外側に 偏移されなければならないように前記雄型部材の直径より小さい幅を有している 請求項1記載のロッククリップ。 12.前記脚部部材は前記雌型コネクタを受ける拘束部を備え、前記拘束部は前 記雌型コネクタハウジングに関する前記ロッククリップの回動を可能にするピボ ット点を形成している請求項1記載のロッククリップ。 13.アプセット部分を有する雄型部材と、主コネクタがそこに位置される凹部 を備えたコネクタハウジングとを備え、前記コネクタハウジングが前記雄型部材 および前記アプセットと、ほぼL形の冗長クリップとを受け、前記クリップが保 持ヘッド、本体部分およびベース部材を備え、前記保持ヘッドが前記コネクタハ ウジングに挿入して前記アプセット部分と結合するための挿入手段を有し、前記 ベース部材が前記本体部分から外側に延在し、前記コネクタハウジングの付近に 延在して前記コネクタハウジングに前記クリップを接続するように構成された間 隔を隔てられた脚部を含み、前記クリップがロック位置とロック解除位置との間 で前記コネクタハウジングを中心として回動およびスライド可能であるクイック コネクタ装置。 14.前記コネクタハウジングは結合段部を限定する小さい 直径の部分を有し、前記間隔を隔てられた脚部は、前記クリップが前記ロック位 置と前記ロック解除位置との間を移動されるとき、前記直径の小さい段部と結合 する請求項13記載のクイックコネクタ装置。 15.前記脚部部材は前記結合段部と結合して前記保持ヘッドの前記雌型部材の 前記凹部への挿入を容易にするカム面を限定する上方エッジをそれぞれ有してい る請求項14記載のクイックコネクタ装置。 16.前記カム面は、前記クリップが前記ラッチ位置にあるとき、前記結合面と 結合するように構成され、前記本体部材に隣接するロック面で終端する請求項1 5記載のクイックコネクタ装置。 17.前記脚部部材は、前記コネクタハウジングを受ける第1および第2の拘束 部を備え、前記第1および第2の部分は前記クリップのロックおよび非ロック位 置に対応している請求項13記載のクイックコネクタ装置。 18.前記保持ヘッドは、結合耳部で終る1対の間隔を隔てられたフィンガを具 備し、前記結合耳部は内側に延在して、前記フィンガの間に狭い間隔を形成し、 前記狭い間隔は、前記耳部が前記雄型部材を受けるために外側に偏移されなけれ ばならないように前記雄型部材の直径より小さい幅を有している請求項13記載 のクイックコネクタ装置。 19.前記コネクタハウジングは少なくとも第1の部分および直径の小さい第2 の部分を限定する形状の外面を有し、前記クリップの前記脚部は前記第1および 第2の部分の間で受 けられている請求項13記載のクイックコネクタ装置。 20.前記本体部分はベースおよび側壁を有するチャンネルを備え、前記側壁が 前記ベースに対してほぼ垂直に延在して、前記雌型部材の外形とほぼ一致する形 状にされたエッジで終端している請求項13記載のクイックコネクタ装置。
