Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.大腿骨等を固定する移植片であって、第1の部分(1)と、第2の部分( 2)と、掛止装置(3)とから構成され、第1の部分(1)は大腿骨の頭部に設 けた溝に挿入するスリーブ(10)を含み、前記スリーブ(10)がスライド( 11)に対して角度(α)をつけて永久的に固定され、かつスライド(11)に 対面した開口(47)を備えた中央の貫通空洞(13)を含み、前記スライド( 11)は大腿骨の骨幹に沿って配置されて摺動部分(11)を形成し、前記第2 の部分(2)は第1の部分(1)の摺動部分(11)と軸線方向に摺動可能に協 働する摺動部分(21)を含み、前記第2の部分(2)は大腿骨の骨幹に固定す べき掛止ねじ(5)を受け入れる開口(25)を有し、前記掛止装置(3)はス リーブ(10)によって受け入れられ、かつ大腿骨の頭部に固定されるように配 置されている移植片において、前記第2の部分(2)の摺動部分(21)が両端 で開放した溝(21)によって形成されていることを特徴とする移植片。 2.前記スライド(11)が、前記スリーブ(10)に対する合流領域(14 )において、所定の位置において、スリーブ(10)に向かう方向に第2の部分 (2)の摺動部分(21)の連続した相対摺動運動を阻止する断面変化部を有す ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の移植片。 3.前記第2の部分が、上方に開放している、すなわち大腿骨から離れる方向 の溝(21)の形態の摺動部分を備えたホルダ(2)から構成され、溝(21) がホルダ(2)の軸線方向の全範囲にわたって延在していることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の移植片。 4.前記ホルダ(2)の溝がその断面において傾斜した内側壁(22)を有し 、前記溝(21)の幅は上方に、すなわち大腿骨から離れる方向に小さくなって おり、前記第1の部分(1)の摺動部分(11)の断面はホルダ(2)の溝(2 1)と摺動嵌合する傾斜側壁(12)を備えた断面形状であることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第3項に記載の移植片。 5.溝が第1の部分(1)のスライド(11)に設けられており、前記溝が前 記第2の部分(2)の摺動部分(29)を軸線方向に摺動可能に囲むことを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の移植片。 6.前記第2の部分(2)の摺動部分(21)に対して前記第1の部分(1) の摺動部分(11)を一時的に固定する装置が設けられ、および(または)前記 第1の部分(1)と第2の部分(2)の摺動部分(11,21)が摺動して離れ ないようにされていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第5項までのいず れか1項に記載の移植片。 7.前記一時的に固定する装置が前記第1の部分(1)の摺動部分(11)の 下端近傍に配置したロックねじ(6)を受け入れる開口(16)から構成され、 前記ロックねじ(6)を受け入れる開口(16)が、ロックねじ(6)が第2の 部分(2)の摺動部分(21)に対してロックするように方向づけられているこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載の移植片。 8.前記一時的に固定する装置が、前記第1の部分(1)と第2の部分(2) の摺動部分(11,21)の相互に面する側に配置した摩擦面(第6a図、第6 b図)から構成されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載の移植片。 9.摺動して離れるのを阻止したり、および(または)一時点に固定するため に、第1の部分の摺動部分は第2の部分の摺動部分の開口(17)と協働するば ね弾圧のピン(27)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記 載の移植片。 10.摺動して離れるのを阻止するために、第1の部分(1)と第2の部分( 2)の各摺動部分(11,21)には、移植片を付与したとき、相互に通り過ぎ てはならないアーク(18,28)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第6項に記載の移植片。 11.前記第1の部分(1)のスリーブ(10)と摺動部分(11)との間の 角度(α)は120度から150度の間、好ましくは130度と140度との間 を変動し、基本的には約135度であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から 第10項までのいずれか1項に記載の移植片。 12.前記第1の部分(1)のスリーブ(10)と摺動部分(11)との間の 角度(α)が80度から100度の間変動し、好ましくは90度と100度の間 、基本的には約90度であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第11項ま で のいずれか1項に記載の移植片。 13.前記第2の部分(2)の軸線方向の範囲が前記第1の部分(1)の摺動 部分(11)の軸線方向の範囲と同じか、あるいはそれ以下であることを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項から第12項までのいずれか1項に記載の移植片。 14.双方の摺動部分(11,21)が大腿骨の骨幹の長手方向に対して横方 向に相互に対して抑制されながら運動可能であり、前記の抑制運動が端領域の中 立位置からの中央空洞の開口(47)のずれを最大約7ミリまで、好ましくは約 5ミリ、基本的に約3ミリまでを最大とすることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 から第13項までのいずれか1項に記載の移植片。 15.中立位置からの開口(47)の許容される最小のずれが少なくとも0. 1ミリ、好ましくは少なくとも0.2ミリ、基本的に少なくとも0.3ミリであ ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項に記載の移植片。
