In the case of such repairs, major repairs or renewals, it is necessary to operate to a harbor near the sea route and to perform the necessary temporary body incineration facility or a substitute facility for the funeral hall.

The incinerator, which is the main equipment of the corpse incineration facility, is roughly composed of the main combustion furnace, re-combustion furnace, cooling room,
It is a mechanical facility that consists of a combustion device, a dust collector, and a smoke exhaust (exhaust) device. As long as it is a mechanical equipment, it needs to be completely repaired or replaced with new equipment due to breakdown or deterioration over time. For small repairs, rest only the furnace in question! However, in the event of major repairs, complete renovation, or replacement of all equipment, an alternative body incineration facility or temporary temporary body incineration facility must be established. However, even if an attempt was made to temporarily create a temporary body incineration facility at an appropriate location for the purpose of only the construction period, problems would occur for the following reasons and they would be opposed. Local environment problems Mental health problems, etc. were raised, and as a result of strong opposition from new residents on the roadside, residents adjacent to the candidate site, landlords, etc. There is an emotional conflict between the residents of the concerned districts, which causes an awkward state and leaves it as an emotional lump for the future, but it is difficult to carry out and it is a problem. Today, there should be no place in the area where people live, such as a place where people can create facilities that are disliked without the effects of sight, hearing, smell and imagination. That is the only way to install it in a lonely and remote place. It's too lame to finish life, and there may be no secluded place in the area depending on the municipality. However, crematoriums are absolutely essential in Japan.

However, we focused on the fact that what is essential is not a land but a useful body incinerator (crematory).

Therefore, if the ship is equipped with a body incineration facility and treated outside the harbor where it is difficult to see, and then returned to the quay, all incineration will be done at sea, which is the reason for opposition to the conventional crematorium construction. The problem that was being solved is solved.

Therefore, there will be no new residents or landlords or landowners of the candidate sites for temporary body incinerators, or neighboring residents or landowners, so they will not be opted for them and construction will not begin! That problem can be solved. In addition, there is equipment to replace the temporary body incineration facility! This makes it easier to plan the maintenance of existing facility equipment. This is very advantageous to the local governments that manage it and the contractors.

Therefore, a wheel stopper device was provided to prevent the free movement of the combined skeleton trolley operated from the outside of the main combustion furnace. This point is a big difference and characteristic compared with a general conventional body incinerator. By devising this wheel stopper, the ship was equipped with a body incinerator, and it became possible to carry out incineration treatment while sailing. A characteristic is that a wheel stopper device for fixing the carriage is attached, which will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side sectional view of a main combustion furnace and a cooling chamber. FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram of the operating state of the stopper. A shows the stopper as viewed from above. B shows the relationship between the state of the cam and the stopper centering around the stopper operation wheel.
For both A and B, the solid line is ON (on) and the dotted line is OFF (off).
Is represented. FIG. 3 shows the stopper arrangement and the positional relationship between the carriage and the wheels. The overall furnace will be explained with reference to FIG. (4) is the main combustion furnace (5) is the re-combustion furnace
(6) is a cooling chamber (11) is a smoke stack (17) is a bone-combining cart (18) is wheels (19) is a wheel stopper (20)
Is a bearing (21) is a wheel stop operating shaft (22) is a wheel stop operating handle The bobbin-combined cart (17) is self-propelled, and the guides are provided on both sides of the bogie to keep straight when moving forward and backward. Carried by wheels, the lower wheel (18) of the trolley conveys the weight and power of the trolley to the floor. The wheels on the underside of the trolley are generally parallel to the hull, Since the trolley has to be accurately moved forward and backward by the guide wheels provided on both sides, the gap between the guide wheels and the wall passage through which the guide wheels pass is small. Even if there is, there is almost no inertial force, so it does not become a large force and hit the side wall of the furnace or cooling chamber. Moreover, since the lower wheels are oriented at a right angle to the lateral direction of the ship, it is a perfect brake against lateral forces. Therefore, don't worry about the lateral direction. The problem is the bow-stern direction,
In other words, it is the movement of the carriage in the vertical direction. There is a so-called pitching phenomenon in which the stern of a ship goes down if the bow rises due to waves and swells, even if it runs quietly. The smaller the boat, the more it is affected by waves and swells. It can be reduced to some extent by a dry ship, but cannot be completely removed. Therefore, the movement of the bogie in the front-rear direction caused by pitching or the like is fixed by fixing the wheel (18) with a wheel stop (19). The wheel stopper (19) is operated by operating the wheel stopper operation handle (22) to transmit a force to the cam (23) via the wheel stopper operation shaft (21).
9) Turn ON / OFF. In this device, in order to more reliably confirm the operation and confirm the operation, the wheel stopper operation handle (22) is manually operated. This body incinerator can also be packaged, and if necessary, the smoke exhaust (11) is removed and the packaged body incinerator is the furnace chamber (2).
Central monitoring room (7) -electric room (8) -machine room (9) ---
It is also possible to remove the outboard.

In other words, we will equip the ship with incinerators for corpses, and we will be involved in the incineration outside the port, so these problems will be resolved. It has a permanent body incinerator facility and can be moved by sea if necessary. Therefore, during the construction work, temporary temporary crematoriums must be installed during repairs, major repairs, and equipment renewal. According to the method, a series of operations such as securing land for temporary construction, setting up, and dismantling is unnecessary. In other words, when it is necessary for existing facilities to temporarily install a temporary body incineration facility for major refurbishment, major repairs, equipment renewal, etc. As a result of being strongly opposed by landowners and pressing against each other among several candidate sites, there are many cases in which people who are in trouble without being involved in the construction only leave an emotional lump among the residents in the concerned area. I have no choice. However, if the facility according to the present invention is used, there is no need for a land for temporarily creating a temporary facility (the image of land used in such a way in the past even after the facility has been removed is quite likely. Of course the image goes down without wipe.) Therefore, if there is no problem with residents and landowners, there will be no problems such as compensation related to this. In other words, there is no need to negotiate for these matters, and the residents of the area will not be intimidated. The manager is free from troublesome negotiations, so he can concentrate on his duties. The management departments of local governments and sanitation associations can make maintenance plans, renovations, major repairs, equipment renewal plans, etc., based on the operating status of the ship. Protect the dignity of the deceased (corpse). When the temperature is high, dry ice is put in the casket to preserve the body, but it cannot prevent corruption from the inside. However, since there is a cold storage room inside the ship, the dignity of the deceased can be protected without damaging the body. This is an important measure especially when there is a person rushing from a distance due to a sudden situation. Conventionally,
The crematorium is a hempy, lonely place! It is a general image to say, but on a bright sea! The image changes by saying.
