【0001】[産業上の利用分野]本発明は段ボール箱
の製造に関するものであり、平盤打抜機において使用す
る罫線、特に段に平行方向に罫線を作成するメス型に関

しなしながら、これらの公知技術は印刷紙器においては
効果を発揮しているが、段ボールにおいては一部効果を
発揮出来ない。8図の段ボール箱の展開図の例で示すな
らば、段23に直角方向に形成する罫線25(SCOR
E)は問題なく高精度に形成できるが、段23に平行方
向に形成する罫線22(CREASE)は高精度に形成
することが困難である。その理由は1図のように段23
は等ピッチだが希望する寸法は段23の山または谷のど
こに当たるか不明な点にある。2図のように山に当たれ
ば中芯23の左右が均等になるので面板跡21の中心で
正確に折れるが、3図のように中芯23の山と谷の中間
で折られると、いくら面板3をセットしていても必ずし
も面板跡21の中心で折れないで、どこで折れるか判ら
ないので、寸法が不正確になる。打抜工程の後、ブラン
クはグルアーまたはパッカーにおいて接着する。8図の
箱の場合は糊代26をグルアーで接着する時、糊代から
数えて2番目、4番目の罫線をガイドバーで案内される

E) can be formed with high accuracy without any problem, but it is difficult to form the ruled line 22 (CREASE) formed in the direction parallel to the step 23 with high accuracy. The reason is step 23 as shown in Fig. 1.
Although the pitches are equal, the desired dimensions are uncertain where the peaks or valleys of the step 23 fall. 4の上に抜型1の罫線刃11に対応して面板3を貼る。
面板3は2本のプラスティックシートまたは堅紙のスト
ライプ31により構成される溝34と底にポリエスフイ
ルム32とその裏面に両面接着剤33よにより構成され
ている。4図は従来のメス型3の溝34の直角方向にク
ロス溝35を形成するだけでよい。このメス型3をセッ
トして打ら抜くと5図のような段ボールが形成される。
5図は裏面より見た斜視図である。中芯23は罫線22
の左右は均一に圧縮されていない。面板跡21に直角方
向に小突起351が形成されている。この小突起351
が罫線22と面板跡21の中心で完全に折れることを助
ける。なぜこの小突起351が罫線22が面板跡21の
中心で折れる理由はハッキリしない。しかし私は以下の
ように考える。小突起351が面板跡21に隣接する中
芯23を部分的に破壊することにより、罫線22が面板
跡21の中心で折れることを助ける。クロス溝35の幅
と切削する間隔はEフルートの場合は2ミリ幅で15ミ
リの間隔が最適であった。しかし、この数値に段の種
類、溝の幅、間隔は限定されるものでない。クロス溝3
5はミーリングで切削する。大量に必要な場合は堅紙を
打ち抜いて接着して4図のテープを作ることができる。
本発明はテープ状で説明しているが、USP42560
26ようにシート状にすることも可能である。以上の説
明は、1図の平盤打抜機のように上下運動による打抜機
であるが、これに限定されるものではない。ロータリー
・ダイカッターでも可能である。6図は他の実施例であ
る。プリンター・スロッターまたはフレキソ・スロッタ
ーのクリージング・ローラー5の断面図である。このロ
ーラーは8図の段ボール箱、すなわち「A−1形」の箱
の罫線22を形成するのに利用する。罫線25はコルゲ
ータにより形成する。このクリージング・ローラー5は
シャフト51とオス罫ローラー52にオス罫線刃54、
メス罫ローラー53にメス溝55を備えている。このメ
ス罫線ローラー53に7図のように外周にメス溝55に
直角方向にクロス溝56を間隔をおいて切削する。この
クロス溝56が小突起351を形成する。クロス溝54
はメス罫ローラー53に切削されているが、その代わり
にオス罫ローラー52のオス罫線刃54に直角方向にク
ロス溝54の形状を隆起させたクロス突起を間隔をおい
