Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance the effects of cooling and heating inside a building by installing a vent hole on a window frame and distributing air from an air vent layer to an air vent layer between an exterior wall and an interior wall of the building. CONSTITUTION: A window frame provided with a vent hole 2 is installed to an opening area around the exterior of a building. Air is properly distributed from a vent layer to a vent layer between an exterior wall and an interior wall of the building which is constructed as described above. This construction makes it possible to force summer hot air or winter cold air remaining in a clearance between external fittings and interior fittings to flow in the vent air layers between the exterior wall and the interior wall and shutting down summer hot air or winter cold air from a window which occupies a greater area around the exterior of the building and thereby enhance both cooling effect and heating effect inside the building.
