開口部厚みの寸法精度を一率に向上させ、さらには融着
部の接合強度を向上させるとの顕著な効果を奏するもの

成する方法であって、上記開口部の穴開け周辺部に補強
布等の熱溶融性の布材を重合すると共に、上記開口部の
裁断ラインの外側に該裁断ラインに近接して上記両布材
を接合する縫製を施し、その後、上記裁断ラインで上記
エアバッグ布材と上記補強布等の布材とを上記熱刃によ
り同時に溶融裁断し、上記開口部を形成することを特徴
とするエアバッグの開口部の作成方法。1.
